@@innovetv8639 The best way is just ask it to them in plain text and then convert plain text to datetime using Make (chatimize.com/make/). That's the workaround I am currently using for my own clients.

Yes! Once you have created one automation, you can easily duplicate it to other Manychat accounts by creating a Manychat Template.

when we share our post to a facebook group and someone comments on the post in a group - will it still trigger the message?
Nope… Facebook doesn’t allow bots in Facebook Groups.

You need to pay the Pro for each account.
How can I do the same for my clients? because they can't share their facebook Id pass with me.
Let them create a Manychat account and then ask them to add you as an Admin to their Manychat account
