I would like to see a tutorial on how to get the train signals to work properly as they do in the default maps. I have achieved some (very limited) success in this area. +PVTA33073301 I can get the home signals and the 10m high ones to work but not like they do in the default maps. In the default maps they stay red and then change to a clear aspect as the train approaches. As the train passes they go back to red. This seems normal to me. In my case they go green before the train gets there and then go red as the train passes. So the timing is off just a bit. I cannot get the automatic signals to work at all. They just stay yellow. On the Berlin-Spandau map they work well on the S-Bahn line

+PVTA33073301 I don't know how to do a PM on TH-cam. I also don't know how to make a video of OMSI. I can get the train signals to work, partially. They just don't work as well as they do on the default Spandau map.
Hi, it took me long to make a route, but when I finished it, I realized that no one would get on my bus and the AI bus! The AI bus are indeed going the correct route, but the passengers just don't get on any buses. I did use the correct HOF. I guess that would be a problem abput the HOF. Do you know how to fix it? Thanks a lot!

Hey I have a problem.. I created a route perfectly fine (I guess) and when I drive it I always come late (passengers tell me that) and after I finish route it says only for the starting station that is "ok" (in the notepad after you finish the route), other stations aren't visible. BTW "notepad with stations and time" shows only after I remove the bus.
Miguel Baños Yes it does. What matters most is spelling. Underscores and spaces are counted as characters when the AI humans looks for the proper terminus. (I.e. if it appears as “321_Stanley_St” in the TTData, then the terminus in the .HOF file should be “321_Stanley_St”, not “321 Stanley_street”.
When I edit some times in the editor and come out of the editor it makes all the AI Buses on that route that edit disappear. I have tried everyway of saving it as possible could you potentially help me by telling me the correct way to save after editing times in the timetable editor? TY

The Great Simulator It is and isn’t. It’s a separate program, but you have to modify the launch instructions of the main game. And I wouldn’t make a map for someone else, period.
Im doing a LHD map and I was wondering if there was a way in which i can delete or change the direction of the tracks. Some tracks are already LHD but some arent as i have already done alot of work done to my map and dont really want to delete sections of my map. Thanks!

I have a Route 140 mod for chicago. I put the HOF Provided in and i drive the new flyer and it has a manual change dispenser cash register instead of the automated farebox. The routes work if im using that HOF which isnt optimized for a new flyer but when i use the default chicago hof the routes DO NOT work.

In the Sceneryobjects folder, there is a file called "Generic". In there you find the bus stop cube, parked cars, entrypoints, and route markers. There are some others too. But I forget what they are
About the station links, if you're editing a map, like, let's say, Berlin X10, could you just skip creating the station links and just use the existing ones? It's probably not going to break anything, I guess
There seems to be a missing part to your question. Also, nothing should be highlighted in blue unless you're hovering over it. To have it be highlighted/selected , it will appear red.
@Tobiah Ng, Not sure why your comment isn't appearing, but back to your problem. Try clicking any other tab in the Editor, then click back to Station Links. This will refresh the area that you are working on in the editor, with paths and all. OK?

I´ve got a problem with creating timetables. The first two departure trips are ok (looks like this prnt.sc/miwcjd) but it screws up the next one for some reason cannot change the trip only the time idk why (after putting there a second trip/departure idk how to call them prnt.sc/miwchy)
Arnold Bagala Some of your trips have errors in them. I think one is missing a time profile (amount of time it takes user or AI to complete trip). Double check the TTData, because there’s no “SmoothTrans” text in the first screenshot (there should be), and that each trip has everything (Route Name, number, profile, starts from terminus of another route, etc).
@@MTA3306 Thanks for your help. Sadly, I could not get that fixed, only I made it worse, screwed the other lines as well by editing Tracks & Trips. I just wanted to create a line that connects the Falkensee Bhf to Nervenklinik. I managed to have the Trip No.0 and No.1 SmoothTrans (at that point I did not done anything to the TTData and station links), but when creating the next trip problem came as before I showed you on the screenshot. Nevermind, think I´ll give up on this editor is harder to master than I thought when watching your video. Maybe I will get back to it later, but thanks anyways.

I'm aware I'm late in replying to your comment (apologies) but if you go into options there should be an option that says "alt view, shift+right click pan up/down, right click move around".
Lil Cüteli In HOF Creator go to termini of the line and select the termini you are trying to get passengers on and make sure the passengers forbidden checkbox is unchecked, if that’s not the problem make sure when you create the routes in omsi the terminus name is the same as in HOF Creator.

Jesus it's a lot of work. Having used Trainz and Train Sim Classic for years the editor on those programmes is so easy, this is a lot of work.

If you haven’t loaded the map in-game and only editor before, you must load it without buses first

That requires some extra modification to crossings and splines. I only know of a handful, and a guy at AussieX modified the Spandau crossings to LHD.

Did you set an AI Group to run that line? Otherwise the trip will show up as null
