I picked the diamond I wanted, then I asked them to help me design the setting I wanted. Excellent customer service! Gorgeous diamonds! Be sure to do your research on percentages of top of ring, thickness of girdle, etc. each diamond shape has different percentages that work best So for example I chose a princess cut. So I did my research and found a diamond that did the percentages I wanted ❤ Plus you have 30 days from delivery to send back no questions asked. I took my ring to a local jeweler that is a friend of my boss (my boss is a jewelry maven) not a mall store with some kid lol no Mark Loren is a jewelry designer and highly reputable. He said I got an AMAZING price that the diamond fit the GIA description perfectly and the cut was excellent and everything. They send your ring or if you want to buy a loose diamond you can do that also. They send it FedEx overnight with a signature required ❤
