I restarted the watch and thankfully weather widget starts updating but now the complications on the home page are messed up they are not working now :/
Tried a suggestion I found online, went to the watch app on my iphone and toggled the clock setting between 24h and 12h. Not sure whether this was what fixed it but my weather complication is showing now. I also did toggle the location setting weather app setting in the watch app from whatever I set to never and then back to the original setting
Wow, thanks, can’t tell you how many other solutions I tried before this, which actually worked. After uninstalling and reinstalling the weather app, I just had to go into my watch face on my phone and reset it to show as a complication and problem solved !
why is it that I can only see "The Weather Channel" but not the Weather App? The Weather Channel's app is not providing access to displaying temperature, which is the only data I'm interested in.
That worked! Thanks. I just toggled the location back and forth and now it’s showing on my watch.
If this video didn’t work try switching the complication to something other than weather then switch it back. That is what worked for me.

My way: Uninstall the weather app on your phone, reinstall it, restart your phone, and restart your Apple Watch.

My Apple Watch had problem to show weather when iPhone was connected to Wi-Fi. Try to restart Wi-Fi few times and it should work.
