That's why the Philippines is more fun because new years celebrations is the best all over the world😊 I miss my country Philippines, the food also is delicious❤
I've seen and experienced huge fireworks here in the Philippines since I was 4 years old as far as I can remember, and I am already 58 years old now. Every new year Filipinos anticipate the Fireworks displays. On the 70s thru 90s it was even more EXPLOSIVES.
Philippines is one the most happiest country to live in coz most filipinos are extrovert friendly and happy and contented.. the only one thing I dont like is the garbage.. like the aftermath of new year.. its garbage everywhere and filipinos dont pay much attention on proper way of disposing garbage.. you can see garbage in streets of Manila cities.. hope it will change in the futire.. thank you for your reaction.. ❤️
FYI garbage in the Philippines is manageable and systematic every cities have garbage trucks and the garbage are take away every morning & before evening by trucks garbage..so you can see the cities in Metro Manila are clean and neat even After New Year..
Garbage in the Phils after holiday season is common because most of those people responsible in garbage collection are mostly on holiday vacation...anyway after one or two weeks after the holidays regular garbage collection will be on normal situation. We filipinos understood those things we just smiled at it we do'nt take it seriously up to the point that it will destroy our good mood facing the new year.
We used to compete with our neighbors back then the loudest win the competition you can tell by means of firecrakers the Philippines economy if firecrackers start early at the fall of the night and last from one hour ot two from 1200 New Years Eve that neans the economy of the Philippines are doing well but if it start at 11:30 at last for only 12: 30 New Years Eve the economy is bad that means more money the longer the blast or more fireworks to explode and more fun. if you want to visit the Philippines and enjoy the holidays the months of Ber from September to December so you can expetience the holidays expend Chrismast in the Philippines and New Years eve bring your friends or family with you because it's more fun to enjoys holidays in rhe Philppines if you have intimate companions but filipinos are easy to make friends you can find easily
The story behind the firecrackers is that Filipinos make the noisiest noise during New Year with the belief that these will drive away evil spirits in the coming year. For me, I just enjoy fireworks but yes, because of increasing government regulations on the use of fireworks, where some cities ban them or assign a place to watch fireworks and replace them with horns, this year's celebration was the most boring, hahaha, pun intended. But Filipinos are kinda stubborn, so despite restrictions, many still use banned fireworks. Anyways, happy new year Richards!
