Farewell to 049/050!! 😭

049/050 last ran on 19/4/2024 as a replacement train on 331. After withdrawing into TWD, it never came out again. After a whopping 5 days later, the RSD had unfortunately thrown 049/050 completely out of revenue service. I hope this isn’t a C151 purge due to insufficient spare parts similar to the C751Bs as according to the train enthusiasts at Toyotron, nothing was removed from the train. A big thank you and credits to @CGL_101_073_074 for allowing me to use his picture of EMU 049 at the scrapyard. If possible, I will be attending 050’s arrival at the scrapyard. Thank you for your service 049/050!
Welp, I did not prioritise this set as much due to slightly slandering it due to it constantly running CGL however, that also gave me fond memories and a deja vu of 069/070. It was sad 049/050 did not attempt NSL for the past year and a half. Its last run there was on 21/11/2022.
Most likely due to the headlights damaged causing it to retire.
