    you sound well! ugh, hormones are just awful aren't they? Thanks for the well wishes. I stayed indoors last week during the couple super frozen days. Keep it up, you are doing great!

    Your fat cells hold hormones, when you lose weight those hormones have to dissipate also. This can be the cause of mood swings on top of the usual pmt symptoms. Don’t worry too much about it xxx
