    Sorry I missed this review. Excellent! I started 5th probably about 8 months ago now and I have not yet hit a sticking point. Every workout I add weight or reps no matter what. And this is after lifting for over 20 years closer to 25 years. HOWEVER, I have broken the number one rule. I have customized the program to meet my specific body way better. On heavy bench day I use all the same exercises but I have changed them around completely which I cannot get into but which works 10X as good for me. You could not pay me enough to do a worthless front squat, so I have substituted the completely underrated Zercher squat with 10X the results. I have completely changes the system with changes that their is no question work far far far better for me.
