I’m watching your PCT videos too and the altitude didn’t seem to bother you there. Is this new for you? I’m curious because I live on the east coast with no mountains. Every time we go out west I have a day or two of feeling awful then huff and puff everywhere we go, but feel better. I’ve always wondered if I could manage hiking out there. I sure want to!
I think in the Sierra, the pace was considerably slower. Maybe that's the reason 🤷🏻♂️
If you're cracking jokes about cactuses, you're probably doing better than I did when I was in the southwest. I vividly remember slamming my hand down into a prickly pear when I was in Texas.

Mr Marriott, what did you do with that man from last year who literally risked his life traversing an incredibly deep snow pack and he even volunteered to take an optional excursion to the 14,505 foot tall Mt Whitney? I believe that he got too soft after staying too many nights in his hotel chain, but when you live off of your Trust Fund it must be hard to get motivated. You seem to not like road walks unless they are paved. I will make sure that the rest of your journey is more comfortable by paving over every trail that you are about to set foot on. I want to apologize for the inconveniences that you have endured so far. I assure you that they won't happen again Mr Marriott. Please let me know it you ever need an extraction. Lookout below!
