- Hello and welcome to my apartment tour! I just moved into a 540sq ft studio in a central part of DC and I absolutely love it! I’ve always wanted to do one of these but living with other people it was kind of hard, so now that I have my own place I’m so excited to be sharing it! I hope you enjoy :)

Your studio is so well organized and so tidy. Love how you decorated the place. This is one of the nicest and roomier studio’s that I have watched on TH-cam.

I love your place. The layout is great for someone who prioritises a home office and closet. Most small apartments don't have much space for those, so it's amazing that you have this in a studio. And it's great how you made most of your art, makes it very intimate and personal. Thanks for the vid!

I wouldn't mind hearing about the rent. That wouldn't be revealing too much. And most of the other apartment videos I've seen do tell you the rent. It helps give viewers and idea of what prices are like in your city. In any case, it's a beautifully done apartment.
While it's normal to share, she's smart not to. Zillow rent Zestimates and similar online metrics will be helpful in this case!

What a lovely apartment. I think you've done a great job. You've used neutral colours, added interest with artwork and plants and your home is very neat and tidy. In the UK we don't tend to have walk in wardrobes but I'd love one although I have nowhere near as many clothes as you and I'm more than double your age! Even your little Christmas tree fits in perfectly. Thanks for sharing. 😊

Love your art work, love the headboard & I have the same alarm clock, it is very loud but I have to use it to get to work on time, it solved my tardiness problem which I got in trouble for! I sure do get up on time now it’s so dang loud!
Love your wall art and nuetural colors with the hint of pink. Your headboard to your bed👌and night tables which seem mid-century I adore; an era that I truely love.

Super cute. You need the Sink Topper. It’s the best thing ever for small bathroom with no counter space. I use mine every morning. I got mine on Amazon.

I love your studio! I’ve been living in a studio of my own in Mt. Pleasant neighborhood of DC for about a year and a half now and love the neighborhood. Your kitchen is honestly fantastic for a studio and you’ve really organized the quadrants of your home so nicely and have beautiful touches (love your own artwork!) I’ve been considering finding a slightly larger studio, or one with in unit W/D, but for a really affordable price during COVID times, better stay where I’m settled for a bit longer. Even in my studio, the walk in closet is HUGE, nearly as big as the bathroom! I’m not complaining, but also, one more kitchen counter would have been cute! 🌈🌈😝
Ooh Mt. Pleasant is nice! I feel like with studios you always gotta find that balance. LOVE having a huge closet but wouldn’t mind a little more counter space either! But all in all I think I landed a pretty good space! And it sounds like you did too☺️
