I had Wahls ordered from Amazon and went to pick up some blade cleaners and saw that Andis was on sale at Sally's for cheaper then I paid for Wahl. Needless to say I was upset I paid more for the Wahls. The good thing is I usually use Masters and to hear you say Wahl is an upgrade to them that makes me feel better.
I prefer my masters to my magic clips because the masters open all the way up to a 1 but the magics only open to .5. Do the envy's open as wide as the masters?
Switch to either a balding blade for bald fades cordless or do the 5 star senior blade for fades the crunch blade that comes with the magic clip is garbage for precision cuting. Not bad for quick tapers though. I use mine as a balding 000000 blade 0 gaped and my lever still works. I can adjust from 6-0 to about 3-0 then pick everything up with the 5 star senior from there.

The only idea that I like about these Clippers are that you can do your own haircut without worrying about the cord being in your way. So you can maneuver any position on your head while cutting your head and the cord won't be in the way . now that is a good feeling about these Clippers that are a good Innovative idea whoever came up with this idea. I would definitely invest in buying a product like this I don't think it would be no other Clippers like these that could be better or with better technology.

I had my Andis Envy Li for a year now and I know for a FACT that they SUCK! I just ordered the magic clip cordless and hopefully those are much better.

I put my magic clips in the trunk after I put the pro alloy fade blade on and I also got the new guards that came with mine way better than the first envy li guards but I do have the envy li andis nation and they care with a half gaurd and a 1/12 guard and the quality of the new guards are like the wahl premium guards now
mark conway I have the fade blade from the pro alloy fade and the fade blade for the envy li, but they work the same IMO but you would want to have another pair with just the standard taper blade because the fade blade is very thin and cuts way more close than let’s say the magic clip or senior fade blades! But in my eyes with that fade blade the envy is more better than magic clip or any other cordlesswith the fade blade and I have them all but I use both one envy with the taper blade and one envy with the fade blade that’s my combo I do not even really use my magic clip or senior
mark conway but youll want to get the newr guards that come with the envy! Because they blend into each other! The older guards that come with them suck imo but if you don’t get the newr guards that come with them you can still go on andis website and get them! They now come with a half gaurd and a 1/12 guard!
@Herman Clipperhands how does the Andis do with taking down bulk? I currently use Wahl balding clippers to take down bulk on thick hair. Seems like the Magic Clip would be better for that?
SaintIves2k2 it's not bad but the MC def cuts better for bulk and shaping boxes. But when it comes down to bulk, I don't think there's anything better than the detachables though
Get it bro they are amazing. And buy yours from Sallie's or any other trusted department store. I'd stay away from Amazon. Another tell trail sign is to make sure they have the gold height adjuster armature and not the black armature. They are either old, refurbished or fake. That's why I never buy any clipper off Amazon. If you are a barber I'm sure you do the same

I'm probably gonna sell the magic clips or try to build a trimmer with the motor, def will have a video for that, but I rather just have 2 of the same with different blades, that's how I had my fast feeds

I would suggest switching the wahl magic clip blade for a wahl #1006 blade it dosent snag and you can flick out and zero gap it
