Would densifier help to mitigate cracking?

No densifier will help with mitigate cracking. Some product can slow the drying out of the surface which. could minimally enhance curing but not an appreciable amount. Densifier is all about surface hardness. Cracking is mix design, placement techniques and reinforcement

Do you recommend putting a sealer on a slab after it has been densified? If so, what type of sealer would you recommend? Thanks. :)

One of those, "well it depends." I recommend sealing concrete but it has to match the application. Acrylics are inexpensive and easy to apply but minimal wear and protection. UV stability, enviroment and the things you are protecting the concrete from are important variables when choosing a sealer. This especially true when considering a penetrating versus a film forming sealer.

Hi, great video. i'm wondering if the colloidal silica densifiers (e.g. densi crete) have greater waterproofing properties than other densifiers?

not nearly as much as putting it out correctly and in sufficient quantities. Densifiers all work when put down the way they were designed.

Awesome vid. About using densifiers as curing agents. What about doing a spiff coat after cure? I've done both sodium and lithium, but we've had great results doing a spiff coat. I think Ashford Formula has it as an option as their application process.

not a huge fan of the spiff coat. It does enhance the look but I am not convinced it really adds that much protection. I tend to fall in the the it comes off as easy as it goes on camp. Densification is a chemical reaction, you need enough material and time for it to occur.
