Yes you can, but some settings will have to be changed on the system

@@EliteforceLolgaming the microphone will need to be calibrated in our device settings
Do you have to press the map botton everytime you turn the car on?
After connecting the first time, the vehicle will automatically have the CarPlay on startup.
