I love Vampires! The new support was a great addition to masterduel
How will this do as of right now I want to build it
Vampires are such a fun gimmick, all about stealing monsters and reviving stuff from grave. The LP instensive nature of it though leaves it really susceptible to burn shenanigans from Despia and Swordsoul though, making those matchups extremely frustrating with a Maquerade Dragon or Evil Longyuan up on the opponents' side.
I saw someone suggest ferret flames to make use of the life point paying mechanics. Haven't tried it but it does seem good. My issue with vampires is they just don't have the gas to play through negates like a lot of other top tier decks. They're fun if they get to pop off tho.
can't wait to get some of these cards over the next 3 years in Duel Links at the rate of one UR card per box / selection box
i like building pure vamps to go second. going turn 1 with vamp cant do too much. unless you either have a god tier hand, or run doomking but at that point its not really vampires
What a shame that Vampire Zombie has no animation

I play them with 4 Dimensional Dragons(I casually summon even Crystal Clear Wing bcs why not), very fun deck to play bcs you can always think a new strategy, not just copy paste every duel

I’m able to do it 3 times on your turn with vampire monarchs. (Zombie monarch specifically). By the way vampire voivood can negate any monster granted it’s in either grave. But excels at stopping max c and ash or any hang trap monster minus gama or nib unless those 2 already exist in grave

It looks quite fun, so many events which I was unaware of. That sucker tribute is quite great
I actually play a pure version with the field spell. Its actually pretty good tbh. When opponents send cards to the grave, it can target and pop cards on the field and it gives your Zombies 500 atk boost during damage calculation which helps a lot

so voivode technically negate any monsters effect in the graveyard if its stays in the graveyard, so it can't negate something like tragedy, where it banish itself to activate its effect?
Unless there's another Tragedy in the graveyard, otherwise yes.

wait zombie vampire doesnt need either monsters to be 8? like i knew that the stolen monster can be any level but the way its written sounds like your monster still has to be an 8 (because it says treat it as lvl 8 and not treat both of them)
it does need it to be 8 but u can yes take someones monster and makes it 8 by default u can even take two and both those can be 8
"If you use a monster(s) with a Level that is owned by your opponent for the Xyz Summon of this card, treat it as Level 8."
It's because of the "monster(s)". 1 or more.

A mode like Commander for MTG would be quite interesting in Yu-Gi-Oh!, it'd basically be placing all cards to Limited and I would totally be down to playing at 90 cards in a deck just to see the decks we could make under this format but in Yu-Gi-Oh!

Hey is it new or just me that didn't know, that infinite impermanence can be dodge with book of moon?
Imperm can be dodged as long there is no monster face up that can be targeted.
So, if the monster is tributed, flip face down or banished then imperm has nothing to negate.

That’s correct, since mad mauler isn’t in the game I used jester confit/anima as an extender. Theres a lot more to this deck than what was shown on the replays.

As a Zworld/Vamp player this pleases me. The deck so underrated. It's hardcore anti-meta. Best part about it is you don't need to summon 5+ monsters from extra deck to control the field. In fact the stronger monster you play actually favors the Vamps/Zworld deck. Watch what you summon...it may bite you in the end.
I really like Vamps although I won’t build them I do like the way it plays almost lost to them 3 times
@@thebean6496 There is serious potential to that archetype. I think they are a card or 2 away from being top tier. Right now everyone is on the Ishizu and sprite train do GY hate os real in TCG and OCG. Once those decks get needed (Komani will make something newer and want that cash) I think then Vamps will raise. The cards in Dimension Force expansion really do give zombies a boost

This video is a gross misrepresentation of this deck. What usually happens is you summon Uni, get ash blossomed, and that's it lol.
You know the card is good when it looks like it belongs in MTG.
