I think when people consider living their lives at sea many think it will be like in your last scene where you're kicked back and having adult beverages. What they don't consider is the hard work it takes to get there. Thank you for another great video.
When we were cruising, we'd always post the pictures of us at some Tiki Bar with fruity drinks in front of us or anchored at some picturesque spot. We never posted pictures of us trying to get the head unstopped, or trying to figure out why the diesel wouldn't start, or cleaning up the mess all over the floor after a rough passage.
I watch a lot of different sailing channels and I see them sailing by schooled fish and NOBODY grabs a spinning rod and jig and casts it into the foray. But when I saw you cast to the crate I thought, of course it's the Tula's Endless Summer crew! Good to see your new boat doing so well. I know you guys like to refit boats, but I also know you like to sail, fish, dive, adventure, and just have fun. Happy for you.
I saw on your Instagram that you all survived the hurricane without damage! So happy to see that. I wish I could send money to Rise Genada to help out, but this is not the time.
Cute picture of your passed out pooch. Then you raised the screecher with a picture of Jetty and that's when it dawned on me, Jetty owns a catamaran with a full-time crew😂
You guys are getting experience that is invaluable towards your fishing and sailing skills.Nothing better than catching your groceries on the open ocean.
Really enjoyed this 'days in the life sailing' video. Amazing how alone you can still find yourself on this crowded planet. Thank you for those quiet moments of the water, breeze, and the sky.
At 19:53 that is a beautiful White-tailed Tropicbird! There are two species that you can encounter in this part of the world. The Red-billed Tropicbird is the other species. That one is a little larger, it doesn’t have the two black bars that go diagonal on the wings to the body. The back on a Red-billed Tropicbird has fine black barring, not so with a White-tailed Tropicbird. As you get closer to Puerto Rico it will be easier to see both species. Keep filming any seabirds!
The real life tales of the sea, including how Getty evacuates his bowels. Your fur baby Getty appears to be so at peace and comfortable at sea. Thanks for bringing us along. HAPPY 😁 trails, oh I mean sails. Remember to VOTE‼️ 💙🇺🇸💚👍😇
Wow, what a couple days of fishing! The last two episodes have been fabulous. Looking forward to this next adventure. And it’s time for another lucky shirt!
Congrats on a safe passage. Oh that fish looked so good. Im so happy you guys finally got this new boat after all the older ones so all the work was worth it. Loved the video.
Great video you two. You both remind me of my wife and me of 40 years. While not sailors, we were bout heavy into sports, jogging and I was into road biking, and we were always together.
LOVE watching your videos! They are relaxing, entertaining, and exciting to watch - especially seeing you both pull in fish. Eating them will resurrect the wonderful memories of catching them. Congratulations on your editing efforts and please continue to share / do the wonderful things you both are experiencing! Thanks too for the explanation regarding your automated electronic equipment enabling the data and directional information you need. Very cool!
We adore you... And will continue watching and "like" you. This episode we counted both of you saying 243 "like" words where they were never needed. The winners this year (so far) are Delos with one episode containing 486 unnecessary 'like' words! Seems to be a trend right across YT and social media everywhere. 😂🎉❤
You guys always provide great videos to encourage me to seek adventures on a sailboat again. I only have one trip from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Utilla and Roatan on a Leppard 42. We ran out of fuel about 20 miles short of Utilla. I removed the top plate on the stbd tank and was able to dip enough fuel for the port tank and restart the port engine to complete our trip! Greatest diving ever in the Bay Islands.😅
@ 2:36 Luv that shot. 👍 P.S. @ 5:10, meant to tell you earlier, did you know the Star Ship USS Enterprise's # was NCC-1701, yours is 11701. "To Boldly go where no man has gone Before". Safe travels my friends. Absolutely ❤'ed this video. How Exciting!!
I was curious to know if a 39' catamaran would be big enough for a couple of new sailors. We are in our mid 40's and thinking better late than never. lol. We love your videos and you guys are a big inspiration. Thank you
Another channel if you’re watching TH-cam at night and you just want to chill is Jazz Café and it’ll give you options but it’s so nice and it plays for like hours and hours and gives you this beautiful scene
15,575 views, Cmon guys, Please hit the like button on here for these two people that work hard to bring us great viewing content every week, Thanks everyone, It would be much appreciated!!! Awesome informative sailing content from Billy and Sierra is just great!!!!
I just started watching the video and hear you talking about leaving now and it reminded me of our trip to Maine. We were in Block Island and had made plans for the next day with some others. We went to bed with the dinghy down and hubby woke up early and checked the weather. Well, it was now or over a week later to make the run to Northeast Harbor on MDI so at 5:30 am, we got up, made coffee, put the dinghy on board and were off the anchor by 6:20. I wasn’t even dressed yet! We made it to MDI for lunch, if I remember correctly. Boating=Be ready for anything! 🤣
Love love your adventurous spirit!! Thank you for capturing the Ho-hum of long passages. 😮. The mahi was just amazing. I had to go buy a few Tula shirts. 💪💪💪
Hey guys. So it's great to see you enjoying your new boat. And because of it I need to ask when you're doing the Atlantic crossing or another major adventure.
Many years ago I asked why you didn't work more on the boat at that time, It was Tula, you said something like take care of major stuff and go, working about the small stuff Boggs you down, today y'all are all about the small stuff too, great maintenance!
Sierra dear been following you two since the beginning all thought the Tula trawler. You had your teeth done they are exceeding white your smile was great the way it was but it doesn't matter what I think about it.. only you're opinion counts.. you two be safe and keep up the great content 👍🏻😉 sail proud!
That last clip of Jedi looked like she had rock salt all over her.. did a quick re-wind... Yep salt all over the enclosure.. lol enjoy land . Praying for rain so y'all have an easy time of passage clean up! Another great video! Y'all are super talented and have it down. A lil of this and lil of that.. ok. Well done!
😊 I have no idea if it's good for them out not, but I can categorically state that pasta goes in the front end of a Beagle, and exits the aft end, with no apparent ill effects
You won't be seeing me swimming in ocean no more coz that poop be floating about in some part of ocean specially with this global warming issue we having
I suggest that you buy a 1sq metre of green grass matting for your dog. If you put in to holes tie rope you can then throw over board and drag to clean the mat after your dog has used it.
Not sure what lure you were using when you caught the Mahi, but we have had great luck with a 4" silver spoon. They love it! Sometimes when in a school of Mahi we would get the lure not even 6 feet from the boat and they'd it it hard

You both are so comfortable talking to the camera - makes us almost feel we're with you. Oh, those filets were mouth watering.

So enjoying these episodes on your new Cat. Jetty seems so content and comfortable as well…….life is good and you three deserve it!

Like the long format videos when you're at sea ... fish processing boat indeed.

I love Jetty on the bean bag so cute
Really enjoyed this 'days in the life sailing' video. Amazing how alone you can still find yourself on this crowded planet. Thank you for those quiet moments of the water, breeze, and the sky.

Great video guys. Love the longer episodes.

Wow, what a couple days of fishing! The last two episodes have been fabulous. Looking forward to this next adventure. And it’s time for another lucky shirt!
You are a very good Captain Billy or Bill. You keep a tight ship I like that. Keep up the good work. Keep the wind in your sails. God Bless.
Awesome video guys! Nothing better than a fairly mild passage.. catching fish, and just experiencing nature! Great job!
The communication about this sail was awesome thank you for sharing your experience
Congrats on a safe passage. Oh that fish looked so good. Im so happy you guys finally got this new boat after all the older ones so all the work was worth it. Loved the video.

Great video y'all!
I miss being off shore so much.
You have done a great job relating how it feels to be out there!
Nice to see you guys fishing and catching some beautiful food😊
Such a peaceful episode to watch.
Yes it was!
The best moments of a passage are those first few minutes after turning the motors off!
Love the pure sailing videos. Nice work both of you.
We adore you... And will continue watching and "like" you. This episode we counted both of you saying 243 "like" words where they were never needed. The winners this year (so far) are Delos with one episode containing 486 unnecessary 'like' words!

Thanks for taking us along on your crossing. I enjoyed this video as much as your Swiftie vid Sierra!
So much fun sailing with you. 😊🤠 Glad you made it safe and sound with minimal issues.
Nice one Billy! I was cheering from the couch on that Mahi save haha.
Really great episode. I felt like I was almost aboard with you living the life!
Great vid, love seeing you both catch those Dorado. A nice new boat is a blessing.
Beautiful fish. Great job. Thanks for taking us along on your adventure.

Great sailing/motoring. It's good to see all was well. Great checking out the boat and sail before Billy.

Nobody is happier to see land than Jetti. She dances the no more pooping on the net dance.
Y'all are nailing the fishing thing now!!! Good job. Stay safe.
Another channel if you’re watching TH-cam at night and you just want to chill is Jazz Café and it’ll give you options but it’s so nice and it plays for like hours and hours and gives you this beautiful scene
Nothing beats a new motor. We replaced ours as soon as we bought the boat and it is very reassuring.
Love you kids! It's great to see you catch your own food. Safe travels. ❤

Cool voyage, bet the fish tasted good - dead envious.

How does Jetty like the long passages? She's a real sea dog hey and really lucky to have you both.
Awesome work guys
Love seeing the Pirate Jetty sail!
Great episode thankyou.
So i guess by posting this video you guys missed the hurricane! I was thinking about you guys out there! Safe travels!
I think the next upload will show the hurricane. They rode it out in Grenada, another sailing channel showed them anchored up riding it out.
@JohnA891 I'm glad to know they made it threw.. poor jetty was probably scared to death..
Yay Sierra! Im a Taylor Swift fan too.
nice job catch clean and vaccum pack!! top shelf fishing!!!!
Thanks guys, great job with the fish. We really appreciate y'all explaining your trips. Stay safe y'all we love ya. As usual
GO JETTY GIRL. 👍🏻💕🐾🍖

Bean bag for dogs is amazing. My dog loves his. ❤

I think Jetty wanted some pasta. Is it ok to feed dogs pasta? Enjoying the channel. Tks for sharing.
😊 I have no idea if it's good for them out not, but I can categorically state that pasta goes in the front end of a Beagle, and exits the aft end, with no apparent ill effects
Thank you so much for sharing your dog pooping😂 I don’t know how I could’ve gone on without seeing that.
You won't be seeing me swimming in ocean no more coz that poop be floating about in some part of ocean specially with this global warming issue we having
Great trip, guys! Keep it up.
Jetty says, "Hey, those were my boat snacks!"
5:35 Billy - "zzzzz...Boat snacks...zzzz" Jetty - ditto
I suggest that you buy a 1sq metre of green grass matting for your dog.
If you put in to holes tie rope you can then throw over board and drag to clean the mat after your dog has used it.
We were all screaming 'The PALLET; get the pallet!' (Must not have been off the boat, eh?)
Serious fishing! Nice job. Cheers
Not sure what lure you were using when you caught the Mahi, but we have had great luck with a 4" silver spoon. They love it! Sometimes when in a school of Mahi we would get the lure not even 6 feet from the boat and they'd it it hard
Consider lubing your turn buckles for future maint.
Love your videos.
Nice catch
Loved the video but Sierra really scared me with that gaf shot! Be careful and keep that gaf away from your body!
nice team work
Great video. May God bless you.
Great video of your passage.
good job
It's kinda weird watching this knowing y'all are headed towards a hurricane. Great video.
You guys should look up Sailing GBU while there. They live in PR now.
