This synth did not get a lot of love when released (especially in the Piano sound dept.), so I'm happy to see videos like this one. Are these all PLG-150 AN sounds? In any case, well done!🍻🎹
This is an underated synth I got this with 2 plug in cards the piano and horns in eBay for $465 in 2002. It's ridiculous how much a smart media cost. I wish Yamaha had used SD cards instead. I'm still searching for that "horns "pad setting used on "What You won't do for love" by Bobby Caldwell all the way to the ending of the song.
Love this. Very fine playing and great demo of the versatility of the card. But would like to know the names of the patches being played. I have recently acquired a CS6X and already have a PLG-150 VL card and am very much thinking of adding the AN card which is why I am here. I am impressed.
The Forums say PLG-150-AN is the same Engine as the AN1X keyboard…. I can’t hear anywhere the same sounds. I just bought an AB200 with the PLG-150-An card. I’m I on the right path or did I get Duped?

Thank you for your feedback, these sounds are factory sounds, unfortunately we can't remember the patches name

they have the same engine but not the same presets
