Rocket The Bunny Went into the comments to make sure someone said this. Since he’s the only one who survived from the cult. I’m sure if there is a sequel heavy will be there.
That pyro zealot was great. Love that each of the mercs had their own level of zealotry and didnt feel two dimensional. The spy being a skeptic, the fanatical pyro who offered his life willingly to the robot. The Blu soldier who tried to blow himself up. Made the characters feel more real
yeah, and then you have the blue pyro who just hid the entire time, and the rational heavy who was willing to fight but ran when it became obvious the fight was lost. It made them seem like you said more like people, and that maybe a number of the "cultists" were just folks who decided it was better to stick with crazies who had food and safety then try and go it alone
I like how the cultists remind me of the bandits from metro 2033; their personalities aren’t just crazy people who want suffering, they’re people who have to do insane crap just to survive and the way the spy dies screaming out of fear gives off the vibes that metro 2033 gives off when bandits get killed off by mutants.
His ‘’god” only cared about tkilling him. His probably has a identity crisis right now. I think that the engie and sniper will give him a new prepuce in his live
I love how they aren’t just some heros like other sfms would make them. Just normal people living in an abnormal situation and making the best of it. Best seen in the scene where they are at home.
Sorry to ruin the party but if you take the pin off of the grenade and hold it in the normal way, it won’t explode, it’s a failsafe used to prevent soldiers dying from holding it for too long. But even then, plus 80 respect
Life is still a struggle. They constantly need more power cells, and their fridge is hardly ever full. But they've made it work, and have managed to return to a sense of normalcy. There is something beautiful in that.
Big respect to blue solider who tried to save the others by giving himself up. Not even a moment of hesitation, he did what he thought he had too to save his friends.
Somehow I didn't see this before but this is just simply fantastic. The fight seance at the end was so well choreographed and the Engi and snipers friendship is so well done. The dude fought a whole cult for his friend. I would love a sequel to this but I understand how hard animation is and that burnout is a thing.

Genuinely one of the best TF2 SFMs made. Brilliant setting, attention to detail, and animation on the robots (some SFMs have made them move too organically). The music is top-notch, and the characters and custom weapons all looked very good and were stylised enough to fit into the TF2 artstyle. Finally, the fight scene wasn't too one-sided, the cultists made a good stand against the robot, and made sound decisions, and I loved the engi vs jet-pack-pyro fight. 10/10, more please.

God i love your style when it comes to the robots. From their quick and precise movements of their heads to how the camera shakes each time they take a step, intensifying when close and lessening when far away. What has to be my favorite scene though is when the soldier, heavy, and pyro bots jump out of the drop ship and land with a camera shake and boom, all without bending their knees to handle the force of the impact or showing any other reaction. Then, they just walk away and begin searching like its a normal day. It truly shows that these things should be feared and avoided at all costs.

The plot is quite depressing tho, two enemies, BLU Engineer and RED Sniper had to team up, just to survive in the Apocalyptic world of robots. All of their other teammates have become the slaves of the very same robots. I absolutely love it. Thank you
Animation is definitely some of the best I've ever seen, I can definitely say that! But, aside from maybe Soldier (since he's pretty unstable anyways), I just do not see any of the Mercs resorting to doing the exact opposite of what they do in MVM. It's like if Spiderman suddenly started using his powers to kill people instead of save, it just doesn't add up. I don't know, maybe I'm just thinking too deep into this.
Holy crap. Everything about this was so professional, so well paced. The characters, the lighting, the choreography, it was like an actual movie or... TV show? Look all I'm saying is, I wouldn't be opposed to a full series of this.
The leader was originally medic and I was going to do the voice over. That didn't work. I tried to get the voice actor musetrigger to do it but he never responded. So I was left with doing what I did in Ocskylla. And I think the red pyro looks better next to the blu engineer.
I didn’t realize this was made by the same guy who made Ocskylla until it was over. Man am I disappointed in my lack of ability to recognize evil pyro cultists.

If this was ever a series of videos, I’d wholeheartedly be down The whole “robot apocalypse” is a really good look in this and i feel it honestly is just perfect
Wow, that was some kickass action! I really like the way the robots were so much more abrupt than the more fluid human vs human fights. Only critique I can think of is maybe linger more on the last few frames of the calm parts? They were all great, but the quicker cuts made them feel almost a bit frantic and I'm not sure thats the vibe you wanted.
I was expecting another mediocre animation with some dodgy little story and cheesy ending but this was actually really top notch for a single animator. The pacing, lighting, animation, and use of music was really well done and executed. This actually had me sucked in and attached. Awesome job! I hope you can get far with this animation stuff.

6:28 who uses pogo stick as mobility? XDXD the deaths are funny.
It makes sense to use a jet pack in a fight but why a pogo stick 😂😂😂
Finally got to watch this - needed to with your release of Endless Rust 2.
I liked Ocskylla, but I friggin' LOVED this, and its blend of action, humor, and heart.
Hi, aspiring SFM beginner here, who absolutely loves robots. I just would like to say that this is an absolute masterpiece, and damn sure this took really long, and i thought motion editor was hard
If this was ever a series of videos, I’d wholeheartedly be down
The whole “robot apocalypse” is a really good look in this and i feel it honestly is just perfect
*Now I get to say I watched it 3 times 😎*
:D
@Aiden acid Pepps
Long story.
This is a valve product, that's not allowed.
This heavy that escaped 7:05 . I hope he becomes a good guy and joins an engineer and a sniper .
That Pyro's voice gives me shivers, so badass
I was expecting another mediocre animation with some dodgy little story and cheesy ending but this was actually really top notch for a single animator. The pacing, lighting, animation, and use of music was really well done and executed. This actually had me sucked in and attached. Awesome job! I hope you can get far with this animation stuff.
hehehe, "The Last of Rust"
still a better story and characters than TLOU 2
TLOU2's logic is basically, dead=sad.
@@human6310 And revenge=bad
Yeah, pretty much
Who else hates women am I right gamers
@@timrthoward7007 not at all related to why we hate TLOU2. We love the first game and that one stars a woman as the lead. That argument is dumb.
If the saxxy award would be still running, this would be winner of 2020
The smoothest SFM that i have ever seen good job partner
Watch Ocskylla, made by same creator.
Fly: Releases one of the best SFMs of the century
Also Fly: I can't believe how long this took to make
Love how chaotic the battle became once it turned into Survivors vs. Cultists vs. Giant Robot!
2:56 everyone knows this feeling, everyone.
What, lost your parents at the mall?
Is it that feeling?
I did feel *something* when I saw that.
@@olloefrank1519 yes
@@TheRareFoxy Okay. Cool.
I was thinking he missed the chance to headshot lol
Me when I can't find my mom in walmart
this is honestly amazing, other than the voicing which is hard to get a handle on due to obvious reasons, this was nearly perfect. congrats
