Parking area should have a gate and a provision for connectivity to the living room. 3. Hand rails missing. 4. There should be a puja/ temple too based on vastu. 5. Utility space? 6. Work area in the kitchen needs proper ventilation but it should not be as given, inviting birds and flies to the kitchen. The first look of this house is really loving. But usage comfortability may not give a pleasant experience in the future.
