Even though I play such a different style i still admire the song writing from this band years later. The melodies and the harmonies in the background vocals. The guitar work. Such genius.
Chip's raspy voice inexplicably smooths out as he sings with perfect pitch that even EZN co founder Donnie Vie couldn't match in his prime. You see this guy come onstage and if you were unfamiliar with him or EZN you'd think, "This is gonna be a has-been trainwreck", then he begins to sing. Even in 2023 Chip still continues to do EZN's material supreme justice!
How in the hell does Chip sound so good with his rough ass voice? Maybe sings it better than Donnie??? I never realized how tall Chip is........holy cow!!
He says at the intro that he wrote this song, but on the LP it's one of the songs credited to Donnie Vie... does anyone know the real backstory to the song?
John Weatherholt you're an idiot !!! For real dude !! TOM KEIFER doesn't belong in the same conversation w these dudes !! Cinderella is one of the best blues metal band ever !! PERIOD dude !!
So we have multiple reasons to shite on Chip, but I think he’s coming around. The reason why is because I saw him do the sign of the cross. God bless Johnny Monaco, Donnie, and Chip.
I don't hear it. Plus this tempo is pushed a bit more and tuned down from the studio version. I don't know where they would have lifted DV's voice from
I don't have a problem with old dudes reliving their glory days. Heck, these guys are probably my age now. But that doesn't mean you should try to look like you did in the 80s. The dorky hat and pink glasses should have stayed in the 80s. They have lot of bands now that were big in the 80s that are experiencing a comeback of sorts, but they look like grown ups now - which is as it should be.
It was a costume back then too. Nobody walked around on the streets like that back then. Looks ridiculous. Never said anything about their musicianship or songwriting ability.
"This next song is probably one of the greatest you'll hear tonight" (think that's what he said) this next song is the only good song this group has lol
hmm then you really haven't listened to their collection of music if you think this is their best... it's their most memorable because it means something to the guys, death is never a happy thing.
One of the mosst under appreciated bands of the 80. I'm gla to see Chip still going strong after all these years,.
He mentioned MTV, that’s when MTV was all music videos, all day and all night. Sure do miss those days!!
Saw them last Friday in Knoxville TN at the Concourse. Fabulous show.
I loved this song when it came out decades ago. Sure is nice to see the song being played live. Beats most music coming out in the 2020's
This is an outstanding performance , well done Chip and co

Saw these guy's come thru flagstaff az. Opening for Ace Freeley I was very pleasantly surprised at the show they put on. One hella show. Thank u.
One of my top 5 songs of the 80's. Well done!
This is much better than I expected.
Chip did a very good job.
This sounds awesome! Now I regret not seeing them when they came into town without Donnie
Chip is probably one of the most overlooked bassists in rock.

Great song and band from Chicago!🤟😎🤘👌👍♥️freaking awesome!
Chip does a nice job singing!
Missed this. Sounding like a great show! 👍
OMG I will die to see them live on Vegas!!!! Nice Guys! one of my favorites on my teen ager years and nooow!
I saw them at the dugout in okc. Kick ass! My favorite in 10th grade. Oh wow I'm dating myself!
Good stuff. And I can even understand the words.
Thanks - my top song
This was a fantastic album.
I have those same DR strings on my Fender as well.
SMMMAAAASH hit on MTV!
Miss the original line up but this is still great. Really good job.
Derrick passed away many years ago.
Ricky also passed away from cancer. Nicest guy ever!
Oh, memories at the Thirsty Whale....
I saw them play there so many times!!! I miss that place!
I can see chip suffering here, I love both chip and donnie ,
real name Greg
MTV mishmash January 23 , 1990 #10 on DIAL MTV
Those were the days....
He looks like he's gonna talk about coffee, New York, daughters, dogs, you know, no big whoop, just coffee talk.
Awesome
Still got it
I just wanna know where Chip gets those hats
How in the hell does Chip sound so good with his rough ass voice? Maybe sings it better than Donnie??? I never realized how tall Chip is........holy cow!!
Freakin Negan on backing vocals and rhythm guitar????
D34dBaWx that's exactly what I thought!! Lmao
Half the shit on stage is his 😂
He said suck my nuts!!!!
COOL
HOLY SHIT! I knew Ricky Gervais is a fine comedic actor but a guitarist as well?!?!?! How long has he been in Enuff Z'Nuff? lol
He says at the intro that he wrote this song, but on the LP it's one of the songs credited to Donnie Vie... does anyone know the real backstory to the song?
The song was written about a friend of Donnie Vie's who died. Everywhere I have seen he is credited individually as the songwriter lyrics and music
Hell yeah they got Negan to play guitars for them.
It's Donnie V's Song - Shameful
Does the wig come glued to the dopey hat ?? When did Mrs Doubtfire pick up a bass ??
Sam Smith I almost fell out out my chair laughing 😂
At the end of the show he tears the hat open and throws jiffy pop into the crowd. Delicious.
That's the least detectable hairpiece Ive ever seen.
Chip is also a great singer ,unique voice almost like Donnie's
Amazing sounds like Donnie
Chip, scoop Donnie and play Chicago again!!!
I told him the same thing on IG last week.
Donnie has no interest in going back to EZ. he's happy where he is now as a person.
Donnie needs to get back with Chip NOW!!!!
You Tom Keifer and Enuff z nuff?? My girl!!
John Weatherholt you're an idiot !!! For real dude !! TOM KEIFER doesn't belong in the same conversation w these dudes !! Cinderella is one of the best blues metal band ever !! PERIOD dude !!
I am not an idiot. Tom Keifer is in Cinderella. Are you drunk? How does Tom Keifer not belong when he sings for Cinderella. Are you high??
I still respect your opinion
😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Sign of the cross deep
We know he is catholic
So we have multiple reasons to shite on Chip, but I think he’s coming around. The reason why is because I saw him do the sign of the cross. God bless Johnny Monaco, Donnie, and Chip.
Very surprised by this but without Donnie its not enuff znuff
or Vikk Foxx!
@@MartyDeAngeloSEstudios agreed.
Why is Vic Fox not playing drums???
He has not been in the band for years
What happened? :(
He left the band years ago. Went to play with Vince Neil.
marvel harris - HAHAHAHAHAHA It always puzzles me how uninformed people are. Vic left 26 YEARS AGO!! lol
Seen him play drums for Vince Neil and Steve Stevens. They opened for Van Halen in 1993 at the Woodlands.
Chip sounds ALOT like Alex Jones, he even says "folks" like Jones does
No Donnie no go .
That's Donny's voice on the track. Wtf????
I don't hear it. Plus this tempo is pushed a bit more and tuned down from the studio version. I don't know where they would have lifted DV's voice from
Not Donny, Chip... Chip sang this song.
This makes me sad ( it should be Donnie singing )
What make me sad is that it should be FRIGO on guitar. RIP

Rob Billeaud hey something has to hold that cheap wig to his head
Nah, 80's looks are better for everything.
@@spacelube5845 Yes
Hippy Metal... the look here is Hippy Metal, Chip invented it....
I give it an E for effort, but it's not the same band without Donnie Vie.
Canned backing vocals
Audio sucks
Where's the singer?
Rick Wise at the mic, singing
+Francis Q Christopher Guess youre a casual. Hes not the lead singer of Enuff z nuff.
Shane Kemp sounds like it...
+Francis Q Christopher No
Donnies doing his own thing for now,but that's
Chip singing.Vocals are full of effects so it sounds like
Donnie .
"This next song is probably one of the greatest you'll hear tonight" (think that's what he said)
this next song is the only good song this group has lol
hmm then you really haven't listened to their collection of music if you think this is their best... it's their most memorable because it means something to the guys, death is never a happy thing.
"This song is probably one of the reasons you're all here tonight" Meaning it's their best known song.
Donnie Vie was the talent in this band.
Not true, the whole band was talented it's why they were so good, Queensryche is another band that was full of talent.
me gusta su musica pero su vestimenta es ridicula especial la del cantante
Not the same without DONNIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
