We already have a Dark Magician fusion in which he steals Gaia's horse, so may as well give Gaia some fusion/ritual spell combo like they did with DM so that you can fusion and ritual bls at the same time, hopefully with a miracle function so you dont go super neo ultra minus while doing so
Well if Konami's gonna continue this trend of shoehorning monsters that were used in conjunction with something else even if it was only once or twice then I hope we get Berfomet Commander of the Phantom Beasts (Seriously both Gazelle and Chimera are Phantom Beast cards so why not incorporate the other half of the latter into the archetype?)
The cards in ROTD don't work together. You need to open the Field Spell to get your plays started. It seems like the other monsters (Origin Gaia the Fierce Knight, Soldier Gaia the Fierce Knight) were designed for Tribute summoning high level Warriors...
I live for retrains of old duel monsters cards or whole archetypes made from 1 monster like thunder dragon. If they're bad, it just means a better chance of getting them for cheap.

I was hopping to see a way to synergize this archetype with the destruction sword one, as both revolve around lvl 7 warriors, dragons and fusions... … now all I see is pain and suffering… And an unfinished decklist
I'm assuming it's because you want to summon the gaia magical knight in most cases, and it consumes your normal summon, so he probably didn't want to brick, chaos gateway adds magical knight, and maybe handtraps too, but yeah I'm surprised it's not even played as a 1 of.
Being honest. I want Konami to make a new wave of Magnet Warrior support that makes the deck playable. I mean Konami's proven that they're capable of making a decent Rock deck nowadays with Adamancipator so why not fix the original Rock Archetype? Here's some ideas I've got for new Magnet Warrior support cards: Zeta the Magnet Warrior. A Level 3 Earth Rock monster with 1900 Attack & 1000 Defense. When this card is summoned add 1: Magnet, Electromagent, Magna, Or Electromagna Warrior monster from your deck to your hand. When this card is sent to the graveyard you can discard 1 Magnet or Electromagnet Warrior monster and if you do special summon this card from your graveyard increase its level by 1 but banish it when it leaves the field (To make summoning Gallant Granite easier) You cannot special summon monsters for the rest of this turn except Rock monsters the turn you activate either effect. Omega The Magnet Warrior. A Level 9 Earth Rock with 3000 Attack & 2500 Defense. Cannot be normal summoned or set. Must first be special summoned by banishing 2: Magnet, Electromagnet, Magna, or Electromagna Warrior monsters from your graveyard. When this card is summoned once per turn you can either add 1 Magnet or Magnetic Spell from your deck to your hand or Set 1 Magnet or Magnetic Trap from your hand or deck to your side of the field also it can be activated the turn it was set. I dont understand why you dont implement at least a very basic side deck for the best of 3, to side useless stuff like nibiru out in matches where it does nothing. In my opiniom this would be a better showcase of the deck
I keep hearing people saying not having to worry about following a anime will somehow make new archetypes/support better (or something to that effect) but I really don't get it... So many decks from vrains had meta relevance in some way, be it trickstars, goki, altergeist, salad or borrel/rokket monsters... The anime didn't seem to hold the game back much to me...

As well as Feral & Horn Archfiend where Feral & Horn Imp challenged Summoned Skull to a fight and lost so they were killed and reborn as Archfiends SOMEHOW!
I get that you're ONLY testing the archetype as a deck, but I don't think this is supposed to be a whole deck yet. You're probably best off splashing this in a dragon deck that won't support Guardragons.
