When you were talking about Brian playing video game and Millie sitting with him I was laughing so hard because he posted that on Instagram last night and it was too cute!! Congrats on your new kitten. I hope she brings you lots of joy and her and Avery become best friends ♥️

Awww going to keep Avery in my thoughts and prayers! I’m sure her procedure is going to go smoothly! I’ve had to have a lot of cavities filled within the last month and if it were an option for me to go under anesthesia, I’d definitely do it! Though fillings are super normal, its still not a fun process. I hate the sound and feeling and feel like I’m gonna go crazy being there for hours and I’d know it’d have to be worse for a kid. Anyways I’m saying all this to say I’m sure you made the right call. You’re a great mom!

Congrats on the new fur baby! I don’t know your history with pets but i highly recommend pet insurance if you don’t already have it. My cat’s annual visits have been almost 100% covered by it.
My daughter just had the same type of surgery recently. Pediatric dentist have great anesthesiologist who are trained with kids.
When they gave her the initial shot to relax her it was scary but they took such good care of her, she instantly turned into a noodle, but needed to be able to give her the iv.
Afterward I just kept her on the floor because she didn’t continue to sleep, best way to describe it was she was like super drowsy. But your daughter should do perfectly fine, dont be afraid! Good luck

Congrats on your kitten! We adopted ours a year ago yesterday! They can be a lot of work but they’re so worth it. I use a daily habit tracker for cleaning their litter box - it’s so helpful! Plus it’s fun to find a bunch of new cat related stickers 😂

That’s awesome! I have two cats & just adopted a dog at pet smart event on Saturday too!
My son is 4 now but when he was 3 he got put under to have his teeth filled & a few capped.... me & my husband waited about a hour to hour & a half for the whole procedure.. when he was finished they let us go see him he was very groggy & drowsy from the anesthesia & when we took him home he slept the whole rest of the day & night & then the next day he was back to normal 😊
But trust me I was crying the whole time I was in the waiting room with anxiety. But loved the doctors & everyone.
I don’t think I’ve ever said no so many times while watching a video. I don’t know why I felt like if I said it enough you would notice.
I'm so happy for you about the kitten! I think it's great for kids to grow up with a pet. My family got our first cat when I was 4 and I loved it. Now that I live alone I adopted to cat boys in January and it's great although they get into everything :D
Duck brand makes non stick scissors. I highly recommend them for sticker cutting
I volunteer with the cats at the animal shelter and we have a whole list of synonyms for "sweet" posted on our board to use when we write descriptions of each cat. It's tough because so many of them are so sweet! Haha
my 2.5 year old actually sat still for her filling! It's totally possible. My kiddos is a wild child too so I didnt expect that at all lol :) We didnt feel comfortable putting her under at such a young age. I was also panicking even with just the filling. I have a fear of dentists anyway and I coudnt sleep :|
My 10 year old has been under anesthesia twice for dental procedures. She has lack of enamel issues and has to use special toothpaste and all :( but I just wanted to share cause I was a mess both times too, but she did just fine! Totally normal to freak out, though. It is such a scary/out of control feeling. Congrats on the kitty!

OMG - CONGRATS ON GETTING A KITTEN! I'm so happy for you! I am so jealous. I'm trying to not get a kitten anytime soon - I'm an American in Spain and I don't have a permanent living situation but I cannot wait to get one. I had my last baby for 16 years. Congrats on Millie!!!

Kirsten how did you use undue and not have any sticky residue? I have used it twice and it always left a sticky residue. Maybe I’m using it wrong?
Maria Cassinelli I go back over it for a second time to peel up all residue!
I use a tissue with a squirt of undu to take off the residue. It works like a charm.
Awwww....super happy you adopted! Love the spread and that kit. Just wondering do you no like the apartment, or was it just a year lease? Asking because you moved this around time last year.
We've actually been in this apartment for 2 years! We're upgrading to a bigger place. (:

I was told by our dentist that it’s hereditary if your kids get cavities or not. I have only had two in my life my husband a mouth full my kids take after their dad of course.... my older is a champ but my daughter needs the gas or she freaks out. Is that not an option for Avery???

Donna Parker see that’s what we thought too, but there’s always the case of what if an infection occurs or it affects the nerves or adult teeth in anyway. Better to be safe than sorry!
