Pulled Pork With My Homemade Barbecue Sauce

  • For Father's Day 2021, I made this slow-roasted pulled pork with my very own barbecue sauce. On Sunday we enjoyed it in a sandwich with a side of 'slaw and a potato salad.
    Leftovers can be used for tacos, enchiladas, sweet potato hash, chili, empanadas, tamales, shepherd's pie and so much more.
    Because the pork butt had to cook for 6 hours in the oven, I did have to start cooking Saturday afternoon so that I could enjoy my Father's Day. All I did on Sunday was assemble the sandwiches and make the coleslaw and potato salad the morning of.
