It’s my new years goal to start it off with a 4 or 5 day fast for my me/cfs long covid. Plan on doing nothing but laying in bed and deep breathing and resting and a phone detox except for ambiance music.

Now I have flashcards in Photos that I can annotate in my own. With a fast, never fear hunger…it’s non existent. Body Beautiful gets the message right away, and swings in to healing action. Feeling better by the hour, one becomes attuned…it’s like a snake sheds its skin to beautiful shining new. Recommend fasting wholeheartedly. If I am totally off any program of eating right, how do I start a three day fast? Do I need to get myself on a restricted program before I start my fast? Do I need to do carnivore for a few days before I start my fast?
I’ve done long time fasting and it’s dangerous. Two and three days straight with no food only water. You will experience dizziness, increased bowel movements and weight loss. I lost 60 lbs in one month but it was harsh. I agree it does reduce blood sugar because you are not eating food.

Be careful you don't lose too many minerals, stay on top of electrolytes.
I would not do it. Why add stress to a already stressed body.

@ It wasn’t intentional but it was a discovered result of a bad situation.
if i have high bloodpressure and use meds daily...can i take the fast with taking my meds😮...
