I’ve stayed here several times each year since ‘09-‘10 when the two “blue” towers opened. I suppose I preferred the Hard Rock to Virgin, but it’s the staff that makes the visit for me. Many, heck maybe most, of the staff have been there a long time and they treat me wonderfully, which is why I return. Glad to see you got over there Jaycation… thanks for taking us along.

This looks like the perfect place to go if you want to avoid the crowds. You don't have to wait in line for restaurants and plenty of open slot machines. 👍

Stayed here for our first night in Vegas and really enjoyed it. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a bit of a cheaper alternative that’s not on the strip(but also not far from the strip). My only complaint is how long the walk is from your room to the entrance lol

I had a Sony Flip Phone go kaput in the shuttle on the way from the airport to the Sahara during a disaster of a trip many years ago. The phone in the room became a real lifeline.
I gambled at virgin once with about 100$ and got a comp for any 3 night stay! Valued at about 700$ or so! I’m glad my little degen theory payed off! with 100$ of play at each casino I had a desire to stay at in the future, I’d say 25% of them offered me comps so far.
I visited the sportsbook at Virgin when I stopped by there last December & I have to say that there are plenty of TV's to watch games though seating is hard to come by, especially if there is a big event on like NFL Sundays.
i'm here today wondering why no microwave or coffee maker in the room -- I'm in a double suite and it is great lots of space and clean -- awesome -- but I need coffee and it is not easy to get here at all -- I walked 30 minutes away to get a Starbucks -- rather than line up in the casino for so/so coffee. It might sound picky but these are not cheap suites and it's the little things that make it luxury. GOD Bless (still give it a 5 star rating)

When I stayed there, the rooms were filthy. Hair on the chairs, and ON the shower head. How does hair get on the shower head? No hot water. Called to change rooms, and they gave me another room on the same floor, but NO apology. That place is sad. Always empty too.
Hey Jay thanks for sharing your opinions of this hotel I know I won't be staying here this place sucks to be blunt and that mini bar is a joke and it's no wonder they don't want you to bring your own stuff upstairs why would they when you can pay six dollars for a can of coke. 🤔🤔🤔 This place is just sad and worst of all no mini fridge in the room for yourself I may pass by this place someday but stay here you can count me out aside from Wynn/Encore, Resorts World and the Venetian the rest of the immediate strip area is a no go for me but the station casinos yes maybe😕😕😕😕 anyway I'll see you on the next video. 😋😋😋😋
This is another Vegas hotel that I've never been to, it's just too far off the Strip. There's a Thai restaurant there that I want to try, so I might visit the place when I'm back in Vegas this fall.
Overall enjoyed my stay there last January. Just be glad you didn't eat at the Commons Club Kitchen. It was the worst, overpriced breakfast I ever had. It's a shame that they didn't keep the quality standards when it was Mary Janes
Really no incentive to stay there, I did it once last December, it is only because I can earn Hilton points (this is a Hilton property, part of their curio collection) and get the diamond credit which kinda equal out the resort fee. It was mostly dead don't have a casino vibe. If one want to stay at a Hilton property, just stay at resort world Hilton it is the same rate
Unfortunately, Virgin Hotel Las Vegas is not profitable and is losing money. The restaurants, casino,hotel and sports books are owned by different companies. Time will tell if the resort needs restructuring, will end in default or will be bought by another company. $600 million plus investment.
Gonna stay there for a free vacay offer next month so I had to check your video out. Thanks for this.
