Couldn't have said it better myself. One of my favorite episodes is "Louie Bumps An Old Lady" the courtroom scene is hands down one of the funniest moments in television history. Danny Devito was phenomenal as Louie DePalma. Just laugh out loud funny stuff.
I still remember when "Taxi" premiered and my mom asked me if I wanted to watch it with her. I had homework to do and went to my room. About 15 minutes later I hear my mother laughing hysterically for almost two minutes. I went in the living room and asked her what was so funny. The Danny Devito character was in up in the cage for most of the show and she thought he was a 5 to 6 foot guy and then he walked out of the cage and she just lost it.
They should have played the Bob James theme ( "Angela" ) in the background for this video. Great, GREAT show that will NEVER be duplicated. Extraordinary ensemble cast.
@@kristinadospoy7347 Oh, okay. "Taxi" is one of my all-time favorite shows. Although, there are not that many episodes in the 1st season that I like. By season 2 they were cooking with hot grease.
Who Justice music cuz I normally love regular classical old Iraq and and a lot of Christian music secret elevator music I really like who puts about a desert?
One of my ALL time favorites !! Just brilliant

The best comedy from America ever😂
Did you also know that Jeff Conaway's real life sister, Michelle Conaway, made a cameo appearance in one of the episodes during the 1st season?
Really? Which episode?
@@iluvmyboba this is where Bobby was doing a small role in a soap opera. And his sister also had a role in the same show

I was thirteen in 1978, but thought Elaine was hot.
@Good Old Days: PLEASE, would you be so kind as to say the title of this beautiful, sad music?
I wonder if Danny Devitto is sitting in his $26million home right now reminiscing on how his lifelong loyal fans are doing today 🤔
The seventies.
Nothing like it!
@@stellarocquie7957 Only on television .
@@darylcumming7119 I'D go back in a nanosecond if I had the chance !
Ruth Gordon was actually 88 when she died.
Rest in peace Andy Crofton
You mean Andy Kaufman. He was a rising comedic genius who left us way too soon.
@@duaneaponte696 Unbelievably, the urban legend still exists that he faked his own death as the ultimate comedic prank on the world. Go figure.
@@stellarocquie7957 Oh yeah and Elvis Presley was spotted working at a McDonald’s somewhere in the Midwestern U.S.A.
Rhea Pearlman still looks the same, sadly can't say the same for Tony Danza.
