if your still wanting to do this then take all your pillows of your bed and do it near your bed board(the bit where you put your head)it will be alot comfier but works fine aswel^^hope this helps!!

It’s impossible to target specific areas that f your body for weight loss, unless I’m missing the point here and this is actually some weird abs exercise
If you’re fat percentage is high then yes, gotta lose those fats first before you can do targeted training. You can only do targeted training when you are lean enough.

Do it on your bed, with your legs against the headboard, your mattress will cushion your knees and elbows.
Get two thick fuzzy knee socks and fold them 2x and put under each knee

You can't target a spot where you'll burn the fat though, stomache is one of the last few places for a lot of people.
It might be easier for a beginner to pose the hands in the dolphin plank pose , also I think this exercise is super awesome to get the back straight
