If you are referring to Nanmu's smart series, they stated that the largest species will be limited to 1/35th scale. 1/18th scale is too expensive to produce and a financial risk, and many people don't have the space for such large figures. Large dinos will 1/35th, and smaller dinos will be 1/12th scale

Of course the atrociraptors will be repaints, there are no physical differences between the four in the movie except for their colours.
