    A bit more complicated, but i quite like using the swing as a way to practice pivoting away or practicing cutting the ring

    This video complete wrong. That's why you're suppose to circle the bag. The bag is suppose to swing while you control the bag with punches and circling the bag to create angles. This beginner guide will get you knocked out. You should never be standing right in front of the bag without footowrk.

      @@Blkwlf89 not all beginners know how to move left and right efficiently mate. I’m not saying just stand in front of your opponent as that is not useful.
      Beginners can practice basic drills with the bag before being great at lateral movement. Not everyone is a pro.

      He didn't show circular footwork, but he did show linear footwork with the bag movement.
      Also, can you explain why I see a second person holding the bag down in many gyms, and even with world class boxers, the coach is holding the bag in place?
