Exciting New Makeup Launches from Makeup by Mario with their newest eyeshadow palette and a new brand to Sephora, Simihaze Beauty. Their packaging is very unique and artsy, but bulky. I bought and tested as many products as I could from Simihaze Beauty brand to see what they offer. Spoiler alert, not very impressed.

I miss your cheaper makeup videos. You're stunning as always, but in these hard financial times, it'd be nice to see some new choices from the drugstore for us who can't afford these expensive types
I was just about to comment the same. I can't even imagine 75.00 for a powder. I've noticed alot of deep sales though on cosmetics lately. I think the stores are feeling the crunch that people have stopped being able to spend on cosmetics due to much higher cost of living and grocery prices.
@@jenniferannfox2316 exactly. I cant even afford 30$ for a mascara. I wish I could, I'm sure they're beautiful and last a long time, but that 75$ could put shoes on all 3 of my kiddos you know.

@@sarahschneider5396 people review what new and on trend. YT is her job so the more views and comments the more she gets paid. There’s a reason she reviews these items & there is a crowd for it. Just follow TH-camrs that use drugstore items if that’s what you’re interested in.
Also I find many youtubers justifying the fact that expensive/luxury makeup are performing better than the drugstore once. Not everyone can afford such high end make up and just because high end make up are expensive doesn’t make them better or more good than the cheaper once. Nowadays there are a lot of drugstore makeup that perform real good and are also made with clean/skin care ingredients. TH-camrs being influencers, should stop pushing/justifying luxury make up and think about every section of the society.
I don't love the dark eyeshadow in the inner corners, other than that I love the look and your beautiful as always.
I would love for you to create a printed cheat sheet of your favorite products. I watch all the time but honestly forget all your reviews when it comes time to buy. I get overwhelmed in the store looking at everything and forget what I’m there to buy. Thanks for your hard work. I enjoy your honesty with each product.

I got some samples of Westman Atelier with the SEPHORA sale. I hate to say it, but the bronzer/contour, blush, and highlighter are beautiful. I’m never going to buy them in a full size tho. I think you can dupe that Mario palette easily with the ColourPop chocolates, the Tarte neutrals, or the Huda. More variety of eye looks for the price, too.
I am hooked on the Westman Atelier sticks! I think you will love her blushes & highlight too.

I got that makeup by Mario eyeshadow and took it along on our trip to Turks and Caicos. I absolutely loved it. I got so many pretty looks with it. To me it is worth every penny.
I find using a lash comb beneficial if you need to separate your lashes without adding any more product by using the mascara wand. I've only been using mine a couple of months but it's so handy.
I often use that WA Biscuit as eyeshadow as well. It's so easy and a perfect color for me too.
Your nails are so pretty I just love them! How do you get them like that if you dont mind me asking?

I Agree! Blush is meant to flush the face. That's why woman back in the turn of the century would either use their lipsticks as a blush or would pinch their cheeks. We all need a Lil glow & rose-iness in our faces.... otherwise we would all look one dimensional.... all women of all colors/ethnicities.
No way would I pay $68 for a palette. I would love to see more drugstore. These types of videos are out of my reach.

Yeah that powder by Westman Atilier is way too expensive for what it is and how small it is!! If you’re gonna splurge on an AMAZING setting powder get the Givenchy prisme libre powder.. that one blurs to the Gods! I also really like the NARS light reflecting powder as well, that one blurs and doesn’t completely mattify my skin either which I like in a powder.
$75 for setting powder! Even Andre seemed shocked.

I absolutely love high end makeup but simihaze are two rich model influencers who won’t be getting any of my coin. Still a big fan of Milana’s looks 💖
Thrives mascara looks horrible on my lashes. Mine are very long and beautiful naturally. With Thrive they clump together and make a mess all day long all over my face. I can't stand anything from that brand. I couldn't do the dark shadows in the corners but on you your eyes turned out gorgeous.
I can see arguments from both sides.. there are yt’ers that do more affordable tutorials/hauls! I’m just aware that most of the things showcased on yt is out of my price range, and try my best to find cheaper alternatives!
Just follow drugstore YTbers that fit your budget. Also just buy makeup during sales or when you have coupons. Sephora brand is affordable and it would’ve been 30% off during the sale that happened. Ulta has Black Friday deals and there’s always coupons you can use on drugstore items. Use money back on your purchases too.

$68 for a small palette 😮 yikes. Palettes expire before they're even all used up. There's no way that this makes any sense for the average person. Love your content and your beautiful face, but this eyeshadow look didn't compliment your pretty blue eyes. ❤
