Yep I love dogs but I do need time to myself also. So I will either go for a walk on my own or go run an errand for an hour. I think it great for the dogs to have some alone time as well.

I think a lot of people get into an unhealthy relationship with alcohol in their late teens/early twenties, where they're just drinking to get drunk-- so when they stop wanting to get drunk, they stop drinking at all because they don't feel able to moderate their drinking, or don't genuinely like any drinks (or both). I actually drink more now than in college, because I was never into partying and didn't want to get drunk, but I've discovered I really like a couple of craft beers at a brewery, or a couple cocktails at a chill cocktail bar, or a glass of local mead with dinner, that kind of thing.
I never even thought of that because I've never been much of a partier/heavy drinker but that would make alot of sense. I've been drunk once in my life and as an emetophobe it was my worst nightmare hahaha. I've always enjoyed just a drink or two with dinner/out at a brewery/at the lake etc so I think my relationship with alcohol has always felt healthy. But now that you've said this it makes alot of sense why people cut it out completely because it's true in your late teens/early 20s so many people drink to get drunk and it can ruin a relationship with alcohol!

I don't many friends (except for my boyfriend who is my best friend and soon to be husband) and I feel so happy watching you. Much love from India.
