  • Dual Write is a Power Platform Application to synchronize Customers, Products, Quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices in real time between Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Finance / SCM. In Video shows how a new Customer is synchronized from Sales to Finance and back. A quotation is created in Dynamics 365 Sales, synchronized to Finance. The Sales Order is processed and Invoice in Dynamics 365 Finance and synchronized to Sales.

    Hi Markus,
    did you create the Finance fields manually in Sales and then keep the information in sync with Finance or are these fields created automatically as part of the integration in some way?
    Eg. "Tax Group" or "Debitorengruppe" - which are Finance fields but don't exist in Sales by default.

      These fields will be generated automatically when you apply the dual write solution in your power apps environment

    Hi, thanks for you video, we want to make the same thing, but we don't know how to configure the D365 FO for Synchronize the Invoice automatically from ERP to CRM just exactly how to show in your video, please if you have some documentation or we have to make a customization?

      invoices are part of dual write standard solution. You have to go through the dual write initial synchronization steps and make all required entities sync successfully (this can be a little bit of pain) docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/data-entities/dual-write/dual-write-overview
