With the quiet settling in, I decided to pamper myself a little. It had been a while since I’d had a moment of relaxation. Between life, work, and family, those moments are few and far between.
So, I made myself a cup of chamomile tea, lit my favorite lavender-scented candles, and drew myself a warm bath. The steam rising from the tub carried the soothing scent of lavender bath salts. As I stepped into the warm water, I couldn’t help but let out a small sigh of contentment. My muscles, which had been tight from stress, began to unwind as I leaned back and closed my eyes.
