- * means you hit that button only once doing the combo. To do combos, do F F HP to grapple, and then do the initiator sequence, which is F F and a button, then do the button sequence. You can tap that button while doing that move set, and before it is over then start pressing for the next sequence.
Some moves have a diagonal direction in it, but when trying these moves using a keyboard, I've found that it's not needed. For example, a move of D DF F HP, will work by just using D F HP.

I guess undertaker is the only one who has a actual fatality in this game.
initially all the characters were going to have a fatality, Midway's idea. But when the WWF found out about this, they ordered them removed. I don't know why Undertaker's fatality was left in the game.
The sequel to this game, WWF In Your House (ps1, pc and saturn), does include fatalities (actually they are quite soft)
@@dukejpc I think Taker's fatality stayed because well, that's kinda his thing as the Deadman and it at least fits him.

Bret's ending is not too far from the truth, as he did go on to appear in several tv shows, including the Simpsons and the Lonesome Dove western.
He was entertaining. I watched a making of video about this game and he really stood out with his charisma and presence.
He wasn't that bad of an actor actually! Better than most action movie stars at the time.
Razor Ramons ending isnt far from the truth either, he fell deeply into alcoholism and disappeared

loved that game, im pretty sure that Razor Ramon had a combo which you could finish with a sky high flying piledriver which is not shown here

The only truly dark ones are Razor's and Bam Bam's. Undertaker's fits his character perfectly.

I stole lot of money from my own house to play this game in my local game parlor in India back in 1996.
First I thought Shawn got ravaged to death and went with a smile finally satisfied. Two Bam Bam got a lame ending. Three they even tried to push Lex in this game 😂. Played this in the late 90s in an old Aladdin’s Castle.
Guess Yokozuna really did win irl.

Get an emulator or an emulator cube x3 it's only 100$ and has every version of this game.

О, это как раз то что я пытаюсь найти, потому что есть одно воспоминание из детства когда я играя за клоуна делал его комбо апперкотами раз 20 при этом взлетая высоко над ареной, но на ютубе так и не смог похожее найти...
Bam Bam Bigelow Backbreaker was overdone for any Wrestler making Batman seems too painful to receive. He only took one and that's it, game over for him.

Yeah, they were originally going to have 2 fatalities for each wrestler, but only one of Undertaker's was put in the game. I guess they ran out of time or cut them for some reason.

@@philive1681 I never saw it in the SNES. Yokozuna and Bam Bam Bigelow aren't even in the SNES version. I read the programmer for this game had to work 16 hours a day and seven days a week for six months to release the game in 1995, so I imagine the tight deadline made it impossible to program two fatalities for every character.

Midway also help made it the back when they was called Midway because Warner Brothers brought them out witch there name is called NeitherRealm studios nowadays the Mortal kombat company and also you don't have to worry about Acclaim anymore because they had went outta business.

I guess this notation is supposed to describe the moves with no depending on a platform. I'm still able to recognize all the moves although only played the game on the Sega Genesis, so I read the key LP as A, HK as Z (in 6-keyed controller layout) and so on.
