0:30 No, the Lock-Strafe control scheme was introduced back in Up Your Arsenal, in which you could enable it from options. This game just makes it default
As a kid and young teenager I absolutely had a blast playing this game on the ps2 and I did everything there was to do. from getting all the weapons to lvl 99, Beat every level and every optional challenge on Exterminator Difficulty with my older brother in the 2 player co-op campaign mode, obtain all the skill points, obtain all 6 exterminator cards and everything else you can buy. this game was also the First ratchet game I've ever beaten with the only other 3 games of the franchise I've beaten being All 4 One, Q Force and Nexus.
This feels like a 100k subscriber youtube video! I love it, keep it up bro. Can't wait to see more R+C, Jak and Daxter, and more classics like crash, spyro, and especially Kingdom Hearts !
The 165 Skill Points trophy is quite literally the last trophy I need to platinum Deadlocked but the fact that it's 165 skill points makes me want to quit attempting Deadlocked's platinum
It looks super daunting, but honestly this guide on GameFAQs made things a HELL of a lot easier for me, and I hope it helps you, too. Best of luck! gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps3/683569-ratchet-deadlocked/faqs/40687
Never did the challenge mode, but hot damn, this was actually my favorite game back then! I should really dust my old ps2 off and try it again! It's not purchaseable though steam right? Clear new sub from me, this was some awesome content!
you can collect exterminator cards ingame. - Shellshock: Purchase all of Ratchet's weapons and all omega mods. - Reactor: Purchase the Mega upgrade of each weapon. - Eviscerator: Obtain one hundred nanotech. - Ace Hardlight: Obtain 400,000 Dread Points. - Gleeman Vox: Acquire all skill points. - Slugha: Complete all challenges and the game on Exterminator difficulty.
Yes, and they're a really cool addition! Unfortunately they're not needed for the Plat so I don't showcase them here, but they absolutely SHOULD have been (the only one I was missing was Slugha).
Although I liked it , I really wouldn't say it was the best game, I really think that honor goes to Going Commando, Deadlocked while it did the arena format best that's all it did, it wasn't this big adventure with exploration of multiple paths.
_Ackshually_ 🤓👆 Ratchet and Clank 3 also has a lock strafe camera mode, but it's hidden in the options That said, it should have been available there since the beginning

Thank you so much! I've already done the Spyro trilogy, Jak and Daxter is next, and then either Sly or Crash (or maybe God of War, not sure yet).
@@BenHuntsTrophies I would highly recommend doing crash, and kingdom hearts. There will be a such an untapped demographic there!
Loving this! We love a completionist. Also based editing
Thank you :)

Not on Steam sadly, no, although I think this game (and the series in general) would be excellent on PC!
@BenHuntsTrophies I highly agree, I tried to emulate it ones, but I just could not get the ps2 emulator to work

7:52 Shut up, bro. We all just saw you moving that stick and falling off yourself.
Skill issue. Git gud, bruh. I did this, when I was 10...
