Returned to this after not having heard it in a while. He has his own thing . He can do jazz jazz at a very high level and have something to say on it; he does now jazz and personal stuff. It’s tough to find team player players- people that read and can do it all and be useful to somebody else in a project and people who have their own vision and things a to say ( truly )- not just emulations of other individuals . I know he is highly recognized and known as a beast but I think he deserves more recognition .
So many emotions for that title. Like the "It's amasing I am still here" feeling mixed with the feeling you get when say "Why are you still here?!" and/or "I'm still here"
What an incredible sound. Which Dimarzio soundhole pickup is that? And it's plugged into a Princeton Reverb? What else is in the chain between the guitar and the amp?
