@@kuobah- nah, there’s a step skipped. Those have resin applied to the surface. Or some super high gloss clear coat. Clay doesn’t shine like that on its own.
So the missed steps are that after they are baked this person had a matching resin mold, poured clear epoxy resin 3/4 full into the mold, allowed that resin to cure for at least 4 hours, then placed the baked clay on top. Finally poured the last layer of resin over that and allowed to cure for 24 hours to hard set. That is why it looks so shiny and looks like glass.
Really you didn't know oh my gosh it's crazy and polymer clay is such a big thing they have glow in the dark polymer clay they have transparent polymer clay they have eraser polymer clay my favorite is the Pearl
Ugh i wish i was better at using clay! Id love to make custom jewelry for myself, and if i ever got better and had the time/money, i could open an Etsy shop ❤ so beautiful ❤️❤️
For sure the best "trust the process" I've ever seen. Ok. After you rolled it out and cut out the shapes I was w/o a doubt thinking 😬 Oh No! Hideous!! But once I saw the finshed product I was surprisingly wowed! Good job! Great idea! 💚👏
I missed the “translucent” while reading and watching, didn’t realize it would turn out so gorgeous. I think I would be impressed even when knowing this beforehand but I was like, hmm, not really loving this look… uh, yeah, yes I do !!
Wasn't ready for that! So pretty !
2K likes and 0 replies? Lemme fix that.
Surprised the coloring wasn't bluey, instead of picking hues.
The bluey metal leaf threw me off that dye coloring too, thought it was blue dye. Very pretty
Beautiful but how did it turn into a pinky hue?
i dont understand why they came out pinky purple in the end, but they sure are pretty
I feel like I missed a few steps-
No but these are absolutely stunning! Such amazing talent ❤
The only parts that are missing are taking out the middle bit and then actually baking them and putting them on earring hook
@@kuobahand polishing them to perfection. I mean look at the reflection am shine they have in the end

@@thecraftycyborg9024it’s just polymer varnish or uv resin… no mystery if you’ve previously worked with polymer clay or seen videos.
I thought this was gonna be one of those 5 minute craft things but actually turned out beautiful. Trust the process!
OMG?! There’s translucent polymer clay?! How have I never heard of this! This would’ve been so useful for so many projects!
Yes. I'm using premo translucent, but you can also get kato, pardo, cernit and fimo translucent.

Those are BEAUTIFUL! I didn't expect the result to be so stunning.
I would make marching ones from the hole in the middel for double pierced ears
Trying to process this is hella hard for maybe hoop earrings, but I for sure would need a lot more supplies for bigger hoop earrings..
Wow did not expect that to come out looking like that. They are beautiful.
