The most insightful and honest Primarch. Hail the Khan. I really, really hope Jaghatai comes back. There are two Primarchs who are truly human, Jaghatai and Vulkan. Unfortunately, GW is known for poor choices.
So fucking real dude. Even Russ who's not quite as reasonable but still very to earth but is still 3rd for "peopleish" primarchs and nowhere to be seen. I know they arent the blueberry poster boys or the blood angels which felt like the only nonblueberry chapter that existed for my entire youth but cmon.
@@lordofgnomes1230 i'm always surprised that Russ doesn't get the credit he deserves for being one of the more 'peopleish' primarchs. cuz he does care, he cares a whole lot, maybe even a little too much. He's very 'passionate' about everything he does, almost to a fault. but being so passionate that you get carried away with things IS a very human trait. I think to an extent him and the space wolves are victims of the same thing that Jaghatai and his legion were in-canon. that people only see the savage stereotypes, and how they act when they are at war, and assume thats all there is to them.
@@mrsplitfoot23 Yes, for two reasons. a) Chogoris has no Imperial cult, so no Ecclesiarchy. b) Jaghatai is pragmatic, like Roboute. In conclusion he would accept everything while hating what the Imperium has become.
During the Heresy, Jaghatai Khan is seen wielding a Talwar-shaped Power Sword and wearing a helm that resembled a snarling beast. Rifling is necessary but not sufficient for the definition of a rifle, which has changed over time due to the ubiquity of rifled barrels to mean a handheld firearm held in two hands. I would say any smoothbore firearms should be called 'guns' rather than rifles but definitions change over time so 🤷🏼♂️
It's odd to see so many things just wrong in this discussion. If the Whitworth did not have rifling grooves, then it was not a rifle. It's as simple as that. Yes, pistols have rifling and are not classed as rifles. That's beside the point. It's like that 'all thumbs are fingers, but not all fingers are thumbs" thing. Well, toes aren't thumbs, either. Rifles did not start out smoothbore. Muskets were smoothbore, and then when rifling was developed, that's when the first rifles became available. They were sometimes referred to as "rifled muskets", to differentiate them from smoothbore muskets. So, it could be correct to say that muskets started out smoothbore, and then rifling was added to the design, but there were by definition no rifles before rifling.
None of the Primarchs were "Set" to go to any world. This either happened via the "mother" of primarchs and chaos, or just chaos, but there was never a plan for the primarchs to go to any world. They were supposed to grow up with the emperor.
Man... these videos just have so many things wrong with them, it's almost like you aren't a fan of warhammer, but more trying to get stories out for views. The Khan was one of TWO that OPPOSED Horus as warmaster, you have it stated the exact opposite. It wasn't because of Horus' ability, he didn't like the enormous weight placed on the shoulders of one of his brothers, but also the statement that would make among all the primarchs, of one being better than the rest. He thought it was a mistake, as the emperor should continue on instead.
it does get explicitely stated at one point, that the two of them got switched by some weird warp shenanigans, and ended up on the planet that the other was intended for. the who's, whens, and why's of those destinations being 'picked' for the infant primarchs is never explained. but we do know that those two specifically got swapped.
The Warhawk doesn't get much love and then the other Primarchs. Also, I think that Jaghatai Khan would be the third loyalist Primarch to return, but what do you guys think?
I prefer the concept, a good hunter is noted by their competency.... Fast, slow, accurate, devastating, discerning. Putting meat on the table is all that matters and the White Scars bring plenty of meat.....
You forgot about all his heroic and badass actions in the siege of Terra and the imperial palace. Retaking the spaceport and banishing Mortarion is an especially awesome part of his story which you should have included.
OH BOY?! Am I ever excited for the 16th of April's vid presentation!... Dumbass pronunciation does my brain in. None of the narrators seem to know that high gothic is closely based on Latin. It's latinized modern English. Or that the legions are based on real peoples of terra. All hail chinghis
For a word steepled in latin etymology, its funny that you would think the "I" says "aye" and not "I". What you call "premark" is how any latin tongue would say it
My theories are 1. its due to the warp beings placed in each that affected their appearance. 2. They're genetically adaptable so they grow to look like the people they developed around just like astartes often change to look similar to their primarchs. 3. They were engineered to have different human ethnicities for representation, the big Es dei initiative and Cegorach is just racist and that's why he switched Fulgrim and Jaghetai.

The best Primarch..hands down

Jaghatai and Vulcan are my two favorite primarchs
Fulgrim is My Primarch 🫶
Love your work keep it up ❤
Really enjoy your videos, you have such a perfect and soothing narrative voice.
I feel like is IA or a contracted narrator, because some of the words are not pronounced correctly
Does anyone think of the ps1 game when you hear Warhawk?
a fantastic video. thank you for your work II
Smooth bore guns by definition cannot be rifles.
The Whitworth has no rifling grooves and is one of the most accurate rifles until modern times.
Also pistols have rifling and are not rifles.
Rifling is necessary but not sufficient for the definition of a rifle, which has changed over time due to the ubiquity of rifled barrels to mean a handheld firearm held in two hands.

Rifles started out to be smooth bore right?

Newest lore has Fulgrim and Khan specifically "switched" by some, as of yet undisclosed, power.
The Warhawk doesn't get much love and then the other Primarchs. Also, I think that Jaghatai Khan would be the third loyalist Primarch to return, but what do you guys think?
@lushomosibayumba9519 Wasn't he chasing the dark Eldar in a webway and never came back?
Yes!! 💪💪 for the Great Khan

Still have Warhawk on my night stand
I always thought the White Scars should have had their own unique power armor. Lighter and better suited for speed and agility.
You're just describing Corvus pattern which they used a lot during the heresy I believe.
The Khan was his own man. He believed in truth regardless of how brutal that truth was.
Space Ghengis Khan 😂😂😂
Taking vengeance for his dad, space Hitler.
He's actually less brutal than Genghis Khan. A rarity in the grim dark 40k.
You forgot about all his heroic and badass actions in the siege of Terra and the imperial palace.

Your picture ofthe khan is not correct He is supposed to have blonde hair and blue eyes..😂😂😢…
I was about to say. I was asking why he looked Asian .
He is not in the lore? His model is blue eyed and very clearly not asian
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Who writes the scripts?😅
ChatGPT ;-)
He writes them himself, that's why they're so great. Disparage the Iterator at your own peril.
Is the same voice that narrates Winnie the pooh
Why did he turn asian? His model is blue eyed lmao
My theories are
1. its due to the warp beings placed in each that affected their appearance.
2. They're genetically adaptable so they grow to look like the people they developed around just like astartes often change to look similar to their primarchs.

Lol im from Scandinavia, and I prefer space mongols over space corgies.
