I remember when LIVE had the special Celebrity meet up matches, I remember playing a game of Halo 3 with Johnathan Davis of Korn one summer and Jack Black. I was trying pretty hard to push Quake 4 360 back in the day, but my internet was garbage and my pc was not strong enough to play it. but I would not be surprised if we crossed paths in Quake 4 360. the achievements were evil.
Call of Duty 2 came out when I was in HS, I played it on my X360 with my old gamertag [before it got hacked] but never completed it, but I bought it last year from a Retro Game Store and played it on my XSX with my current gamertag and completed it 100%. It looks and plays better on the Xbox Series X. Perfect Dark Zero was another game that came out when I was in HS. It was alot of fun too, I own Perfect Dark Zero Limited Collector's Steelbook Edition. It looks and plays better on the Xbox Series X.
Peter Jackson’s King Kong is also backwards compatible! 😃 Love that game. Still have my og copy and go back every couple years for a play through. One of the best licensed games imo.
I got my Xbox 360 about a year after it came out and got a bundle with Kameo, PGR3, Oblivion and Tomb Raider Legend. I wanted Import Tuner in the bundle but the staff talked me out of it. Regret that one now Import Tuner is rocketing!
Dang I played them all except ridge racer and owned kameo but never got around to it. Amped 3 easily one of my top 10 favorite games and the hockey game looked better than that garbage EA spews recycled every year. They can’t even get the ice right or net battles, yet alone 50 million stability issues !!!

So he has a confirmed Twitter account, and he was on Twitter saying he was on Quake 4 and he was the only person on that game and wanted someone to play with, so I got on Quake 4 and there he was. He was a cool dude.
The xbox and xbox 360 really did have an amazing line up of launch titles. I remember Getting my 360 during the second half of 06 with Kameo. Perfect dark zero. Quake 4. Condemned. And dead or alive 4. The 360 was definitely my favourite system that generation and my go to platform for 3rd party games. Condemned is easily in my top 10 favorite 360 games ever. I think 2005 06 07 and 08 was the best year's to be a 360 fan. Fun times overall :).
I used an HD video of the 360 slim because the only other one's I found were kind of blurry. 2005 majority was filmed not digitally, and I just wanted to have a clean video.

@@thegamethrifter Nope, it wasn't in there. This was a launch title, and felt more like a tech demo, but you're a big ole marble and you have to get to the finish point in time. Very simple, but it was 1080p for the first time so it looked amazing. Edit: It wasn't a stand alone, have-its-own-disc game, I believe it was an xbox title that you could download only.
ppl got xbox 360 in 2005, while I was playing ps2 till 2014. im a fifa fan, so I bought fifa 14/pes 14 on ps2, and had to upgrade to ps4 after that. crazyy to think that fifa 14 came on ps2, ps3 and ps4 at the same time

Im thinking about buying 360 just to play need for speed most wanted. for some reason, its not backwards compatible with xbox one and series x and u cant buy it from the store either. so 360 is my only option. i think skate 2 is only avaible on 360 too

AMPED 3, COD 2, and NFSMW being launch titles probably made this the best launch title lineup by themselves, let alone with all the other games.

Kameo is awesome! And it's backwards compatible and I believe has been upgraded for Xbox Series consoles.
The Xbox 360 had more great games at launch than what we have now 4 years into this gen.
