How to fix a slipping Siku Control 32 motor

- The most common thing I hear on the facebook page is that people have an old Siku Control 32 tractor or bought one second hand which wont pull and empty trailer. In this video I show you how I would try to solve that problem.

I have 3 siku control 32 tractors in a display case barely ever used, all of them with split clutch gears struggling to move under their own power or pull their implements, all three fixed using this mod 1mm drill and pin. Thanks
Nice fix. I have cut brass sleeves in the past to hold the cracked collar on the gear together.
I constructed myself a 3D printable repair kit whitch replaces the spring and the broken ring. There is no safty clutch afterwards, but i hdn't had any problems with this solution.
With the increased spring tension solution you loose a lot of power due to friction against the case.

The spring tension ends against the ring that is fixed to the shaft through the pin, so there is no extra friction against the case. If I am not wrong. Btw can you describe your solution? I have a siku with the same problem.

It worked for me!!! thx so much, I putted second glue on the axle and didn't make a hole but it works now thx so much!!!
How did you hold the Spring "down" ? Did you had a third Hand or some Tool for it?
So I’m thinking about making a 1:16 Case IH Quadtrac RC, and I was wondering with a much heavier tractor, what motor and other components you recommend?

Do you know why tractor suddenly stops responding and it blinks all lights, it seams it loses bluetooth control. When I turn tractor off and on, it works again. But it's only first day of use and it happened so many times. Also what is use of left joystick ?

@@RobinNL I read on siku website that they recalled certain models ( this one too ) because of battery malfunction.
Well, i sent mine to them and they said nothing was wrong (1/5) year ago. I recently tought it may be fun again to drivw a little with the tractor and it was over.
What kind of tractor do/did you own?
