I’ll be honest @thogden as a Wolves fan I reckon we’re more likely to push for Europe than we are to be relegated. People talk about signings but we don’t need any when we’ve made some good ones already. Yes we finished 14th last year but we played half the season without a striker. A strong midfield with Tommy Doyle, Mario Lemina and Joao Gomes again with strong replacements for injuries such as Bellegarde and Traore. Then we get to the defence where I genuinely think we have one of if not the most underrated left-back the games ever seen. Imo watching him week in and week out Aït-Nouri is one of the best left-backs in the world. Cooper is going to save Leicester with a record points deduction and a squad that lost its best player? Not to mention the polar opposite tactics to Maresca
Leicester selling KDH wasn't lack of ambition, it was trying to save them from getting points deducted for financial losses. I feel like the Foxes squad is underrated, but the points deduction will cause them to go back down
With the two new players in the last 24 hours and more to come. Brighton will spend the best part of 200 mil this season. They could easily push for the top six if all goes well or 13 / 14 th if the wheels fall off.
My predictions,from a Chelsea fan: 1.Tottenham 2.Manchester City 3.Arsenal 4.Liverpool 5.Manchester United 6.Crystal Palace 7.Brighton 8.Newcastle United 9.Aston Villa 10.West Ham United 11.Chelsea 12.Leicester City 13.Fulham 14.Brentford 15.Wolves 16.Bournemouth 17.Ipswich Town 18.Nottingham Forest 19.Everton 20.Southampton
Arsenal had no injuries last season, a couple injuries Arsenal will really struggle. Arteta only really used 14-15 players and if they get lots of injuries it is long for them. They will not win the League. City didn't have KDB for half of the season, Haaland was injured for periods, Grealish was injured sporadically too and they had CB's missing for periods too. Honestly, City will win the League.
We had Partey and Timber injured for most of the season. If Timber wasn’t injured we probably wouldn’t have lost the league title because Zinchenko made some costly mistakes. I think 24/25 will be different for Zinchenko and the rest of the team and we could win the title.
You clearly no nothing about arsenal with that stupid statement. Timber, partey out pretty much whole season. Martinelli, Jesus, tomiyasu, zinchenko out for long periods and were never were able to get into form when they did come back.
@Chelsea_Universe you'll see how good timber is this season and the rest are important players that cab help win epl... Plus I was answering the moron who said we didn't have any injuries which is bs.

I cannot get onboard with Thogden on Wolves. We had a decent pre season. We were in even worse shape last season. Pedro Lima and Rodri Gomes have played remarkably well. Cunha and Hwang should be ok. There is a possibility that Daniel Podence comes back. We proved several times last season we are capable without Neto. People still keep forgetting our situation tho with FFP. We spent considerably in 21/22 and 22/23 and we are still tiptoeing around it. Not to mention the end of last season we had our annual injury crisis. We never seem to end the season well
I think villa will do better this season. They have got the players to do just as well but thing people are forgetting that villa played on a Thursday in the conference league meaning they would end up with 2 days until the premier league match later that same week. Don't forget that with all the signings, they can swap players in and out of the starting 11 players and they can choose if they try and get far in the champions league or they just try and get grouped so they won't have to play at all in Europe. There is also some of the teams that they beat last year in the conference league and in the premier league.Teams like Arsenal, Man City and Lille were teams that Aston Villa beat last season. If u look at their squad, there's no way how it isn't possible for them to do it again and earn themselves champions league football again.
1. Man City (It’s either first or last this season for City, not much to say about them getting first as it’s part of the routine of the league each season now) 2. Arsenal (As a spurs fan, they did excellent last season raising their young stars into consistent form which ultimately got them top 2, but there’s rlly nothing they could’ve done about Man City) 3. Liverpool (With the new manager Arne in, it could be a big hit or miss but since they have the second best squad in the league, I back a top 3) 4. Tottenham (With the big money signing of Solanke will help us get some goals and getting Bergvall and Gray will help our overall team play so 4th is reasonable) 5. Man Utd (Only reason I back them is with the signing of De Light it will help them concede less and also I expect Fernandes to do well) 6. Aston Villa (Surprise season last year with 4th I just think Watkins will again have a pretty good season with around a 18 goal campaign, with CL now they will focus more on the CL) 7. Chelsea (Palmer will continue his good form with Neto, a good attack but overall team isn’t good enough consistency wise) 8. Newcastle (They are not using their money well enough so with the squad they have I back a top 8 or 9) 9. West Ham (Good signings that will boost the starting 11 but I’m unsure about how the manager will be) 10. Crystal Palace (With the loss of Olise, they will have less quality but with the likes of Eze and Mateta, I expect them to continue their form for a good portion of the season) 11. Brighton (A team where they have good quality for where they usually are between 9 and 16, I back them to do pretty well) 12. Brentford (The keeping of Ivan Toney will rlly help them stay in a top 14 position) 13. Everton (A good enough squad that will just be mid table until a big signing) 14. Fulham (If Paulinha was still at the club I back them at 12) 15. Wolves ( The loss of Neto and Kiliman is big which is why 15th might even be generous) 16. Bournemouth (With the loss of Solanke, I don’t see another player there to score the regular goals, I just believe their overall teamwork and play is better than these other 4 teams) 17. Nottingham (Good signings but I believe it will take time for them to settle in the team) 18. Leicester (They have the most premier league experience out of the teams who have been promoted but they’ve lost the crucial players especially in the midfield so they are gonna go back down) 19. Southampton (Again, without Ward Prowse anymore, and losing Adams will orchestrate the downfall) 20. Ipswich Town (Sorry, but they don’t have a premier league squad, they can’t compete, their best player is Phillips who is good but.. not good enough) This is IMO, please remember this.

If Tottenham can do whatever they've done in 2023/24 season before injuries but no injury this time.... They'll win the title Haters will cry in replies, I know
Villa to make 3rd minimum and play semi final UCL, One thing they will do is win a trophy. As for Chelsea & Man City PSR is going to have a say directly after the New Year in where both Clubs Land and It's not looking good for either club.
I’m not sure where they are hearing that WOLVES fans are worried and no mention of players brought in. I am confident (as I think the majority of fans are) that we will finish a little higher than last season.
1st Arsenal 2nd Liverpool 3rd Chelsea 4th United 5th West Ham 6th Villa 7th Newcastle 8th Spurs 9th Palace 10th Everton 11th Brentford 12th Wolves 13th Bournemouth 14th Fulham 15th Brighton 16th Ipswich 17th Southampton 18th Notts Forest 19th Leicester 20th Man City

@@TheBeautifulGameandBeyond-m6v you’re right. But think about it, we got to the semis last year in conference, so that is a LOT of games played in Europe. And in Champions league, there is no way we get as far as semis, so we will definitely be playing less games in Europe than last year, which will give us more option to focus on the league than last year.

Leicester selling KDH wasn't lack of ambition, it was trying to save them from getting points deducted for financial losses. I feel like the Foxes squad is underrated, but the points deduction will cause them to go back down

Tbh if Rodri hets injured city are donr for. But ye i agree
@joachimpetersen2301 wow those players really are just some of your best right!

We never seem to end the season well
Absolutely shocking Prediction from @Thogdan have you got a vendeta against wolves to be putting them 18th

As a German i love your videos because i can learn English with them and i am a big football fan who is interested in the Pl
1. Man City (It’s either first or last this season for City, not much to say about them getting first as it’s part of the routine of the league each season now)
2. Arsenal (As a spurs fan, they did excellent last season raising their young stars into consistent form which ultimately got them top 2, but there’s rlly nothing they could’ve done about Man City)
3. Liverpool (With the new manager Arne in, it could be a big hit or miss but since they have the second best squad in the league, I back a top 3)
4. Tottenham (With the big money signing of Solanke will help us get some goals and getting Bergvall and Gray will help our overall team play so 4th is reasonable)
5. Man Utd (Only reason I back them is with the signing of De Light it will help them concede less and also I expect Fernandes to do well)
6. Aston Villa (Surprise season last year with 4th I just think Watkins will again have a pretty good season with around a 18 goal campaign, with CL now they will focus more on the CL)
7. Chelsea (Palmer will continue his good form with Neto, a good attack but overall team isn’t good enough consistency wise)
8. Newcastle (They are not using their money well enough so with the squad they have I back a top 8 or 9)
9. West Ham (Good signings that will boost the starting 11 but I’m unsure about how the manager will be)
10. Crystal Palace (With the loss of Olise, they will have less quality but with the likes of Eze and Mateta, I expect them to continue their form for a good portion of the season)
11. Brighton (A team where they have good quality for where they usually are between 9 and 16, I back them to do pretty well)
12. Brentford (The keeping of Ivan Toney will rlly help them stay in a top 14 position)
13. Everton (A good enough squad that will just be mid table until a big signing)
14. Fulham (If Paulinha was still at the club I back them at 12)
15. Wolves ( The loss of Neto and Kiliman is big which is why 15th might even be generous)
16. Bournemouth (With the loss of Solanke, I don’t see another player there to score the regular goals, I just believe their overall teamwork and play is better than these other 4 teams)
17. Nottingham (Good signings but I believe it will take time for them to settle in the team)
18. Leicester (They have the most premier league experience out of the teams who have been promoted but they’ve lost the crucial players especially in the midfield so they are gonna go back down)
19. Southampton (Again, without Ward Prowse anymore, and losing Adams will orchestrate the downfall)
20. Ipswich Town (Sorry, but they don’t have a premier league squad, they can’t compete, their best player is Phillips who is good but.. not good enough)
This is IMO, please remember this.

Could happen. I said they'd get UECL football...and I know thats just disrespectful; I just think Villa will focus on the UCL. Funny to think that five years ago they were fighting for survival.
also judging by your name it appears you're a United fan?
@@TheBeautifulGameandBeyond-m6v you’re right. But think about it, we got to the semis last year in conference, so that is a LOT of games played in Europe. And in Champions league, there is no way we get as far as semis, so we will definitely be playing less games in Europe than last year, which will give us more option to focus on the league than last year.
We dont need a centre back we have got enough we just need a right winger Newcastle 7th is a disgrace there is no reason why to put us there no europe we have got one of the best midfieldeds in the league our fullbacks are young and talented we have experience at the back you have pope who is still good we have godon young and talented aswell you have isak probably one of the top 2 strikers in the league and we are just missing one right winger but murphy can do a job he baged a bit of goals in pre season and we have a lot of squad depth so i think that is strong enough squad for europa league or champions league
