I absolutely loved watching you solve this puzzle and how excited you were. These types of puzzles are my absolute favorite. I wish I had this in my collection. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of art and engineering. Truly a masterpiece. Hats off to the creator for this awesome puzzle and to you for solving it with such enthusiasm. Well done! 💯
I just recieved mine the other day and I was glad I didn't throw the box out. I absolutely love this puzzle! It actually took me 2 days on and off to solve. Brilliant!
We live in incredible times, when the accessibility of technologies like free 3D modeling software and 3D printing allows to create these incredible creations like puzzle boxes :)
One of the best 3D printed puzzles I have seen in ages, exactly what you are looking for, not super difficult but lots of fun, lots of Cool little tools & i really loved the spring loaded aspect. Respect to the creators & thanks Mr Puzzle for another great solve video, keep them coming.
I was seeing blocks like the Metmo block over 30 years ago, at an EDM manufacturing company near Bristol in the UK. It is still fascinating now as it was then. The puzzle itself was awesome, a real engineers puzzle ❤
What I like is that even if you do lose the box, all you need to do is brute force the one letter. It's an extra element that doesn't ruin the whole puzzle if you make that "mistake".
I personally don't prefer it since I always throw away the packaging. It was a pure coincidence that I did not do it on this one. 😅 In this case it made it so much better though, did not expect it at all!
@@Mr.Puzzle Octopus and bagpipe - either it is going to be some awesome music - or there is going to be one wild ride of sex - and noise ! This would be a whistling steam box - or a steamy whistling box !!!
Mr. Puzzle, you skipped some steps. That's exactly what I did - used the little wrench to get the access card. Unfortuneately, I wasn't designed that way. I spoke to Ralf and he is working on a re-design for that step.
Yes, he wrote me that I skipped the last two steps. This is already fixed but wasn't on my copy since it was on of the first ones. Not the first time I found a workaround. I will also fix in on my copy on look for the skipped steps. This puzzle is definitely worth doing it multiple times!
@@Mr.Puzzle I was about to tell you the same thing! I have box #9, and I struggled to get the access card.. or rather, I struggled to find the RIGHT way, as I got it early by using the clue-cards from the 'bag puzzle'. I also contacted Flar to ask about it and I put the card back once I knew using the clue cards was wrong. It took me forever to find the correct use of the two allen wrenches. Although, I just knew there had to be a reason we got TWO identical wrenches. Also, on your reset: The 'X's that exist in three places on the top of the puzzle, those have to be hidden away. When the Xes are visible, that means it's in the unlocked / solved state.
Your enthusiasm is infectious when you’re so clearly enjoying the puzzle.
Thanks, glad to hear that you enjoyed watching the video.
Your joy solving this definitely made me happier too.

Always fun watching children enjoying themselves... ;-)
🤣🤣
Love it! Lots of clever mechanisms in this one, and really nice presentation.

This was SUCH a fun video to watch! Your enthusiasm is infectious, I was hooked.
The coolest puzzle I've seen you solve!
👍
The reassembly looked harder than the solution steps. KRAZY!
Very cool puzzle; I love their design!
Awesome puzzle and it was fun to see you solving it🙂
That was a really great puzzle. Excellent solving job!!! That was fun
Glad you enojed it!

Not sure what to do now, I am not a box keeper. 😅
That was a great video! I like the vault in the center of it the most.

That's definitely the fastest and most competent you've been on one of those puzzle boxes! That was a great watch :D
I agreed, I also fet this when solving. Like: Why am I able to be so fast on this one!? 😅
That's a beautiful design!!!!
Fun video, thank you. It also helps prove my theory that engineers primary purpose in life is to complicate the simplest things.😊
Great puzzle. Reminds me of the Lego ones from a ways back. Just fun
I love engineer creativity. Us accountants get in trouble when we are creative.

It was created by Flar Puzzles. He has an Etsy shop. This is his 2nd 3D printed SD box and I own both. They're fantastic!
that puzzle to open the bag was so cool

Yes, probably as old as the technology itself. But still fascinating!
so very cool!
I can't believe how fast he's going thru it!
🤣
Beautiful puzzle! Makes me want to open solidworks and print a puzzle. But I am not nearly as creative
The design is exceptional!
Yes we called em gauge or jo blocks
Hi, can you share where to buy the Metmo Cube ?! Thanks ;-)
See description
I love when the packaging for a puzzle is part of the puzzle too, it gives you that extra layer of play that makes the puzzle more special!

Land's sake - only an octopus with 8 arms and suckers could take on this multiple pop out items - and get to the final solution.

👍👍
The title with the thumbnail had me thinking you laser cut this puzzle😂
😅
I thought you re-uploaded for a second.
I know what you referring to! 😅
It's so cute how you hold that big puzzle in your widdle hands, making all your cute sound effects.
😂
Hey, how's that laser cutter treating you?
Currently on another small project that has also some details that can be used for making puzzles. Small update coming soon.
@@Mr.Puzzle thanks man, I genuinely appreciate your willingness to give me your thoughts
£250 for the Metmo cube?
