No... It is not possible bcz bisector is not given to us... Median is given which divides line in two equal parts not angles.. if by chance bisector was given then we can say dt 1/2angleC=1/2angleR.

Congruent wo hota na ..dekho ek example se samjho .. tum phele same size ke circles le lo aur unn sabko ek ke uper ek rakho phir unko uper se deko .. tum only uper ka ek circle dekh paoge aur baaki sab us uper wale circle ki bajha se hide ho jainge ... Iska mtlb ye hai ki koi object jiska shape and size same paya jata hai use congruent kehte hai aur jiska shape same hota hai but size is small or large ...then it will be similar..
