I was mediyum complexion. To reduce my weight once I was taking salad both as breakfast and dinner. Salad --1 Carrot, 1tomato, 1 salad cucuber,1 cabbage leaf, 1 lettuce leaf or corriyander leaves, add little lime juice,pepper salt. I used to have this insred breakfast and dinner. Also I had 1 cup thick curd ( sourless) For 3 months I had this. I became pink in colour.my checks became pink, soplease have this.I stopped it after 3 months.Beauty of this is even after u stop it only 10% of colour got reduced.Im fair now.If u feel this salad diat is too much,at least have juice of 2 carrot( if u don't have juicer,have 1 Carrot sliced) every day after sun set.AFTER SUN SET( V IMPORTANT( U R WHAT U EAT) eating salad 2 times difficult.please understant it's not life long.only 3 months .rest of ur life u can remain fair .Try .
