  • FRUITY PEBBLE PROTEIN TREATS 💪🏻
    Not only are these GOOD AF, but they make for a great pre or post workout treat providing quick digestive carbs & some extra protein. Truth be told, these are guaranteed to deliver the most ULTIMATE PUMP when consumed before a big lift.. 😏
    FULL RECIPE ⬇️
    INGREDIENTS
    - Fruity Pebbles (11 oz box)
    - Mini Marshmallows (10.5 oz bag)
    - 4 scoops @steelsupplements Whey Iso Vanilla Cream Pie Protein (link + discount code in bio)
    - 4-5 tbsp @fourthandheart Vanilla Ghee (link + discount code in bio)
    Icing: Truvia Confectioner Sweetener mixed w/ splashes of almond milk until desired thickness
    DIRECTIONS
    1. In a large pan on low heat add in the ghee.
    2. Once melted, add the marshmallows. Keep stirring until melted and well combined. (It takes time so be patient)
    3. Next add in the Protein Powder and mix till well combined.
    4. Finally add in the fruity pebbles and mix again until well combined.
    5. Then immediately place into a greased or parchment paper lined baking pan (I used an ) make sure you press it all down firmly into the pan.
    6. Cover tightly and let cool. (Can place in fridge to speed up the process, the fridge will make them more crunchier if you like them that way)
    7. Remove from pan and cut into even pieces.
    8. Top with icing and ENJOY! 🙌🏻
    Note: Store individually wrapped in plastic wrap or place them in an airtight container.
