The Perks of Being a Wallflower, imo, is one of THE best book-to-film adaptations thanks to Stephen Chobsky writing/directing it. The movie is so relatable for so many people (as Dani pointed out; I wanted to reach through my computer and give them a big hug). And the cast is amazing!
I want to hug the guy next to Zaria when he’s describing perks of being a wallflower. I felt his pain. Hope he’s doing alright. On another note, one of my favorite movies/books of all time.

(Thought Beastly was the Mortal Instruments at first) - Wow, I was joking around thinking “Imagine if they end this with Maze Runner” and I ended up being right…
I grow up with Percy Jackson. The books where like the first real books I ever read, still I would never have guessed it with that props. I'm very excited for the tv series

I recognized the tunnel scene from Perks to being a Wallflower right away from living in Pittsburgh PA!! Our Bridges and tunnels stand out like a sore thumb!!

little do those people know that the chronicles of Narnia was technically not YA fiction but more of both medieval / high fantasy because it`s got roots in what we call medieval fiction based on the fundamentals of historical fiction in where it was more set in a historical time period like for example the chronicles of Narnia that was actually set in the year of 1940 during world war 2 same with harry potter in where that was set in the 1990s during the persian gulf war
Some of these aren’t YA movies, Narnia is a children’s movie and so is Percy Jackson they are in the kids section of the library as books not the YA section.
Percy Jackson is a YA movie while the books aren't. They aged up the characters to aim at a different public! But I agree for Narnia! And Enola Holmes too isn't a YA movie!
