I believe both passages, Ps83 and Zec14, reflect approaching End Times.
I believe Zechariah 14 is the Lord at Armageddon. Psalm 83 war is with Israel’s direct neighbors (ring of fire). Isaiah 17, and Ezekiel 38-39 (Gog Magog) are all still too come before Zechariah 14. There are different views.
