That was beautiful, Elmira! Great job showing and sharing this incredible home! You're right, the bathtub in the master was too small for a master. I believe the tub in the first guest room was bigger. You know you've money when you have a "show" kitchen and a "dirty" kitchen. LOL Nice job, Elmira!

I love her cute Russian accent while speaking English. I have an apartment in Dubai which I bought overpriced in Jan 2015. Prices crashed and I am stuck with it. Only saving grace, is I am still getting rent on it.

11:21 Everyday is *dusty* in Dubai. No trees, no mountains, no snow, *hot weather as hell.*
With price of this house, you can by *many houses* in Turkey and also get the Turkish nationally if you want. Turkish people are *friendly.* In Dubai you don't see local people but only *slave workers* which make you *sad.*
Agree, turkey culture is I guess more diversified and vivid.

its not about money here . just imagine if someone can buy this house can buy anything anywhere in the world if he have his business in that place . for most of the people its just about an own shelter above their heads . but rich people are different .for them its just another property for vication .
Really you see slaves everywhere, did you live inside a labor camp? And locals are not friendly? No Mountains?Looks like you really did not live there. You can't blame the country if you couldn't befriend locals, you cant say Dubai has no beauty if you haven't visited Fujairah. Every country has its own beauty.

You know, I've seen a good number of these ritzy penthouse videos but yours is something really genuine and unique. Not pretentious. Just friendly, down to Earth, and showing off a beautiful property. Hope you can sell it to a great buyer! I'll certainly keep working and dreaming to eventually have something like this some day.

Very beautiful absolutely incredible but this is the one phase of the mirror but if u see from another angle ,view from balcony is spectacular everywhere buildings, buildings and buildings offcourse you can see water but it looks little artifical ,although the property from inside is breathtaking too awesome

# First of all your slant of English by presenting the presentation beautifully with beautiful body posture and dress code. Fabulous. Second ,a beautiful girl with beautiful very slow phased prounced words are good. Yes the jumerah house is well furnished and with almost all covered beautiful glasses. Everything is fine but the balcony is covered ( outer ) by glasses a little scary especially for older people and childrens. Well furnished and more glass works are more. Nowadays the childrens are more fast in life and activities. We connect control them and watch them towards glasses. Except this , everything is good. Maybe next project they will incorporate this safety measures. All the best and cheers!!!#
