Yes! The Wish Bus is where it all started for me.
Ms. Schuster, I came across Ms. Amon about 2 years ago while listening to "oldies" on here. I had YT on auto-play and her Akin Ka Na Lang happened to be the next song. Not speaking any other language other than English, I wasn't keen on listening to a song in a different language by a singer I'd never heard of before. But, luckily, I stayed. And now, 2 years later, I search daily for new covers, new songs...new ANYTHING from Morissette Amon. She is, in my humble opinion, better than anyone on the U.S. charts today...not to mention world-wide. I'm no vocal coach and know very little about how a singer can make the sounds they make, but, I know what's beautiful to hear and she is!! She goes beyond expectations. I will recommend Akin Ka Na Lang as others have done and many of the other songs are goose-bump worthy, as well. Her breath control, her vibrato, her story telling, her emotions, her runs, her fries(?), her range (whistles) will astound you and continue to do so with every reaction you do, of her. To say she's incredible IS an understatement. Her Wish Bus cover of Rise Up is wonderful, but she takes the song to a higher level when she and 3rd Avenue do an Acapella version of the same. Please keep her on your list to react to. I've subscribed to your channel because I loved your reaction to Defying Gravity. I suggest Fly Like A Bird, She Used To Be Mine, Someone Like You (not Adele's song and it's the one in which she's singing and NOT playing piano. It's from the musical Jekyll & Hyde), Never Enough (from the Greatest Showman) and so many, many others will not only give you goose-bumps but you'll be picking your chin up from the table!! I know you will enjoy Morissette and I'm so happy to have watched your reaction to this. I'm looking forward to many more of those from you of her. Thank you, in advance.

I agree that she is better than any female singer in the US (including Adriana Grande, Taylor Swift, etc.). She is a rising superstar who needs global exposure. She signed a contract with Capitol Records last year through Rhett Lawrence (former producer of Mariah Carey) who "found her on the WISH 107.5 bus. I don't know when her album is coming out, but I hope it will launch her into superstardom. She got "thumbs up" by John Henry Vocal Studio who is one of the best vocal teachers around (as well as everyone else).

I think she is well grounded and her faith will keep her from allowing anyone to take advantage of her gift. God has blessed her..she knows it and He will watch over her. Like you am also a foreigner, discovered her in TH-cam as well along with a slew of other awesome artists, i agree she can hold her own against our US singers. so many talented people flying under the radar and i am grateful to reactors for bringing out all these talents.
Danielle, as I've said this too many times - Morissette is the most analysed vocalist right now by certified vocal coaches from around the world such as yourself. And they all seemed to have the same adjectives to describe her technique...so many .....and the Wow factor. She dislikes auto-tune simply because it couldn't keep up with her 🤣✔🎶💛Just sayin' great reaction. 👍
I don’t believe that she’s more reacted to than Dimash . In either is that a sign that she is the best in the world. I’m not saying you can’t I think she’s the best in the world though. I’m just making that correction.

This is live but I believe there is a microphone somewhere in the room. But there is no effect, no auto tune, no touch up. But her live performances r stunning. One of the most powerful voices I have ever heard. Not to mention she can dance like J Lo, the soul of Aretha, the storytelling and musicianship of Taylor Swift and emotion of Barbara Streisand = Morissette . She can dance play the keyboards and guitar. Way more than a world class vocalist. I get chills all the time listen to her. If u want to hear her live with no mic check out her piano cover of “if I were a boy.”
There is 100% reverb added to her voice. No question.
Most likely shes in their church and mind you can sing without a mic, she has a compilation of raw vocalition while playing the guita,piano n electric organ no mic at all while just roaming the doing household chores while singing. Shes really amazing.

My God! She clinched it! So much for me to handle! It's raining growls and grunts. The musical arrangements were fantastic! Superb vocal placements! That's such a difficult song to sing! Maybe because of the high key? But as usual, Morissette is a master of very difficult songs.

Hi! I hope you react to her video (2017 asian festival.) She did 2 songs in 1 video and its live in a big stadium. She did the songs with whistle tones i think you will enjoy as much as i did. (2nd song is Emotions by Maraiah Carey which I think better than how Mariah Carey sang it - Just my opinion might be biased sorry! 😁) She is Filipino by the way, We call her Asia's Phoenix. She did more musicals the same time, still wearing the same shirt actually, entitled She Used To Be Mine and Someone Like You. All these she did one one setting, because these were cuts from her online concert which was done just recently, during this covid season.

Welcome to Morissette World! may I say that we had the same reaction when I first heard her that was like 2yrs ago and I am still listening and watching her up to now. She embodies talent, beauty, and kindness... there are a lot of videos out there and each one is better than the other. A warning though once you hear her and react to her things are not going to be the same. be prepared for a lot of subs and requests. don't make a mistake in trying to put her in a certain category as her talent is boundless...
