    This is such a worst bank that I had seen till now I am using this bank account since 7 years , I did applied for statements in last month till now did not got , in other banks we can got it it seconds also there is no option to download current month statement in pdf , please respect your customers guys atleast provide any update

    I have request on 12th Feb still statement not received I need on urgent basis. Worst experience 😢😢

      @@standardchartered I am from India also branch located in Aundh Pune also I try reach to customer care service but I didn't get any contact number and website where I can get help from your bank.

      @@standardchartered Hi, I am from India... A week ago I raised a request for my account statement.. that request is still in progress.. I need my statement on priority but I couldn't get it asap. The Worst part is I am working in this Bank 😭. As an employee itself getting more suffer like this... Think from the customer point of view...

      Hi, I have reached the person named Neha in customer care in the morning. I have informed her about my request and delay on the process. She has taken immediate action on the request and I have received my statement within an hour. Thank you. But please make your automation process asap. Customers cannot reach customer care for this type of incident often. Thank you 👍🏻😀
