Christ almighty... the moment you hear this amidst the field of battle, in the original Battlefront 2, you're suddenly thrust into an atmosphere where for all of the fighting you did, it genuinely feels like this is the one moment your character gets to silently reflect, whilst all the explosions and blaster fire whiz by... sort of a thousand-yard stare thing. Nothing else can match towards a feeling like that.
I think this song played on the Dagobah map specifically, which I remember creeped me out as a kid because it just really drove home the feeling that you were fighting for your life in the middle of a dark, foggy swamp on one of the most dark side infested planets in the galaxy.
Avalon One For me, it was Mustafar. Seeing the Empire tie up loose ends with their former friends on such a hellish planet... It really made me realize how much had changed, not to mention how quickly it did.
I heard this the most on Polis Massa. I always felt so creeped out as I wandered the facility, either looking for the last few enemies, or trying to survive as long as possible before getting killed with the last of my teammates.
one can only imagine how torn Anakin felt during this part of the movie. he loved padme so much he knew he would have to turn to the darkside and betray obi-wan who he described as being "like a father"
Probably my favorite track from the Star Wars sound track and everytime when I played battlefront, when that song comes on, I used to turn off the sfx also lol
Being the last Clone Trooper of your squadron fighting for survival in Dagobah, seeing death everywhere as your buddies are mercilessly gunned down by the CIS. Severely low on HP, depleted of thermal detonators, and conserving your last clip of ammo while avoiding bloodthirsty Droidekas and MagnaGuards who want your head, you panic and realize that your life is essentially over, that you'll never make it out of this hellish swamp alive. But the lone trooper remembers his training and adapts to the situation at hand. Every bullet shot, every vial of bacta that he finds, every step taken through the marsh will make a difference; the trooper will take down as many droids as he can...or will die trying.
This song is so underrated! It's my favorite in the (6 movie 😡) saga! And the scene is so charged--the moment Anakin realizes what he will sacrifice for Padmé.
This song is so underrated. It's the heartbeat of the most pivotal point in the movie, the point when Anakin resolves to give up his very self for his love. If I didn't love Duel of Fates so much, this would be my favorite Star Wars song.
the best damn song in all of the saga, gives you chills and emotion, shows the torn relationship between their love and anakin being consumed by the dark side very very slowly but yet rapidly, love it, 3rd movie in my opinion has to be the best out of 1-6
I know this is Star Wars themed but this reminds me of World War II for some reason. The bombed out cities, the Holocaust, and just the sheer destruction that conflict caused Europe and Asia. This score just reflects the horror of war
Padme watched outside the window & Anakin was at the Jedi Temple & waiting for the for Mace Windu & the Jedi Masters to return & sitting insided the Jedi Council Chamber. But Anakin went to Chancellor's Office on Corrunscant in Revenge of the Sith.
"You are so beautiful." "it's only because I'm so in love." "No, it's because I'm so in love with you." "So love has blinded you?" Make sense of that, then start handing out notes.
In my opinion this song fits good to peter jacksons king kong movie/game. The soundtrack is a bit similar to the main menu theme from the king kong game. :0
She was once the queen and was later a senator. She could defeat the beasts sent to execute her and stood firm in her convictions no matter what--yet the second she got pregnant Anakin treats her as though she is as helpless as a puppy when he seems to undergo more hormonal changes during the movie than his pregnant wife.
Creepiest song in all the saga...and that's a good thing!
Creepiest song so far...
ya
"So this is how liberty dies... with thunderous applause"
Marc Post America when Trump won.
The fandom when idiocy really took hold.

_You do know it, don't you?_

Best line

@@Ghost_of_Avalon Pretty sick. My experiences of this BGM were on Kashyyyk in particular.

Revenge of the Sith is the best film ever.
holy shit when this song starts playing during an epic game of star wars battlefront.... mute the sound effects and watch everyone die... fuck
unless shit hits the fan within you and you rape the enemy team until your face gets devoured by overpowered droidekas.. no ptsd if you're dead
Hahahaha that can make anything dramatic xD
Probably my favorite track from the Star Wars sound track and everytime when I played battlefront, when that song comes on, I used to turn off the sfx also lol
watching someone type we need to hold this postiton! being shot down and then losing the position anyway

I love this music to me its very moving.
It's also ominous and foreboding.
Chris Burdick so true
01:15 you can hear a bit of across the stars ; ;
a throwback to Attack of the Clonesyou hear a bit of the original theme at the beginning of the movie too
Jon Cox you hear across the stars throughout the movie in bits. I'm really glad they did that
Haaaa have good drink sir
That makes it so much sadder tf
It's also called Love theme.
my favorite song in the whole saga
At 1:17 you can hear a little of one of the original themes in there. Now that’s awesome.
BigxBadxBlake across the stars
I love Star Wars forever
First time watching Episode 3 for me was a roller coaster of emotions, love it
0:00 - 1:36
This is the dead force theme. Ghosts with no peace which haunts you with desesperation and they are singing their laments.
Star Wars 3 is the darkest Star Wars Movie
stars wars 3 still remains my favorite star wars film and this amazing soundtrack is 1 reason why the prequals had the best music no one can deny that

Wen Anakin and Padme looking at each other and this song starts i dont know why but i feel Palps observing both of them

In the sound track you feel that dark temptation to do something you know that is evil I feel that vibe with this song
haunting and sad. Very beautiful.
Strange what people do for love isnt it?
Got that right bro.
What would you do?
+Dylan Zwart For a Klondike bar?
Erdrick Ortega you’re right
Erdrick Ortega so you love has blinded you
When this plays is the best scene in all of Star Wars. The moment anakin truly becomes Vader. The moment of realization
Padme watched outside the window & Anakin was at the Jedi Temple & waiting for the for Mace Windu & the Jedi Masters to return & sitting insided the Jedi Council Chamber. But Anakin went to Chancellor's Office on Corrunscant in Revenge of the Sith.
Episode 3 soundtracks and duels >>> the rest of the franchises duels and soundtracks
"Don't go in there alone... The Dark Lord is waiting for you!"
"You're Vader's puppet... Just a body filled with the memories of a dead man."
:41 - 1:35 = Epically haunting!
You do know, don't you, if the Jedi destroy me, any chance of saving her will be lost.
The voice it's so... it make you feel indefense and so sad, I
One of the best sountracks of the prelogy.
playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 on the PSP as a kid and this song playing in Kashyyyk...so good :'(
the first time I listened to this new music....godthis movie is so much different from the last 2 prequelsLucas knew how to go that much darker
Playing Star Wars battlefront 2 (2008) as separatists on Kashyyk and there is only 30 lives left on the republic, vs our 120
this makes me think of the immense love i have for a person...
i would do anything for her
Anyone know what instruments make the mosquito-like sound in the beginning of the track?
I was listening to this while playing battlefront 2 on Geonosis map with Grievous. It felt war...
This is perfect with Star Wars: Death Troopers. It’s also fucking creepy and this theme succeeds in giving me the creeps.
thats the cool thing
its not sw like
it makes you see that how strong the carachters feelings are
watev ... i love her
This needs to be in a Vietnam compilation. To me it screams the dense jungle and the innocence being ripped away from young men. Anyone else?
You you are not ready
I’m watching the movie whilst listening to this
Order 66 the great Jedi purge.
Episode 3 is a masterpiece. The best Star Wats film the DARKEST film. Take notes Rian.
"You are so beautiful."
"it's only because I'm so in love."
